It’s chipotle, so I cannot give it less than a 3 star. The online ordering service leaves a lot to be desired. This location is notably bad when compared to the Corona location and various locations in Orange County. Order accuracy is more often wrong than right. Don’t order drinks online, 50% of the time it will never make it. The team making online orders appear to move too quickly and often fail to add the correct ingredients as requested. (Covering the bowl in corn vs medium green as requested, which happened again today). This store manager needs to get a grasp on their order accuracy.EDIT: Well that didn’t take long to fail again. 4 days later, today, I got my order again, this time ordered with no beans but covered in black beans. This location is a joke and someone needs to seriously look at their QA.

I asked for fresh guacamole because the one in the line was turning brown, especially on top. The attitude I got was ridiculous from both the cashier and the one putting my toppings on along with my wait. The worker then made sure to mix all the brown guacamole together so no one else would bother to ask for fresh food. I didn’t mind waiting for fresh food the extra attitude was unnecessary.

Seeing a lot of negative reviews. I've never been to another chipoltle, so I don't have anything to compare it to. I have done 2 mobile orders so far. My tray was nice and full, with lots of veggies and a fair amount of protein, too. Folks in the chipoltlane were friendly and fast.

Ugh. One of the worst chipotles. You know how some are good and some are bad..... this one makes the bad ones seem pretty good. They are not friendly. If you ask for a regular portion size they act like you kicked them.

This location is normally very fast and consistent with quality. Recently tried the drive thru lane despite having smaller portions the last time we used it. Tonight was more of the same.Had a steak bowl with maybe 5 pieces of steak and so much rice. Had a double protein chicken burrito with almost all rice and beans. Whoever was working the window 12/4/23 may need to be retrained. Nothing like paying extra for more protein and having almost nothing.We literally unwrapped the burrito and dug through it to find the protein. We almost didn't go here because of the last time. Next time we'll be smarter and go somewhere else.

Placed an order for pickup this afternoon. I'm not sure how busy they were at 2pm but my husband's burrito was missing the fajita veggies and my salad was pretty light on the chicken. Of course this wasn't noticed until we sat down to eat at home. I placed the order and my husband picked it up. I checked my email and confirmed that I requested the veggies for the burrito. He said the employee working the pickup lane was friendly.

Disappointed on how there's been little to no improvement when it comes to this location. Ordered my food via the app and picked up in the chipotlane, which was fine. I asked for the vinaigrette only to be given a sliver of a portion in the cup, and for it to be in a goopy state. I figured that the one that she had was just an old batch and headed inside to get an extra one so I'd have enough for my bowl, but come to figure that all of them are portioned the same and the same goopy texture. I'm used to the portion being like 1/3 full, but this wasn't even enough for two bites. My chicken was burnt as well. Food was very under portioned too. Not a very satisfying meal.
