This is by far the worst fast food restaurant the del taco on lakeshore in lake Elsinore. They forget something 9/10 time and cannot get a receipt from them unless you ask multiple times. The manager Jessica also had the audacity to tell me they put the missing item in my bag even after I explained to them multiple times that the item was not there. I typically do not even call to complain about the missing item but this time I decided to call them so they could make it right. But instead they just said I was lying without actually saying I was lying. Just kept telling me over and over that they put it in the bag. Maybe they did put it in a bag but not any of the bags they gave me. Sad!

It feels kinda dumb to write a review of a chain fast food restaurant, but this specific del taco was my go to until one day I ordered 6 of their birria tacos. I about **** bricks when I found out it was 30$ for 6 small tacos just because of the damn dipping sauce. Insane prices for a fast food place, especially del taco. Then the icing on the cake, is I unwrapped my tacos when I got home and was disappointed to find they had no cheese on them.At the time I just wrote it off thinking maybe I saw a pic of their quesadilla tacos thinking it was the birria tacos. I later find out, nope, they were indeed supposed to have cheese, not a single one of those tacos had cheese. I've never felt so scammed at any fast food place in my life and will never come back to this del taco again. Most brain damaged staff I've ever seen.

They told me the fires were well done well since fries are potatos and not steak I was confused because I couldn't get the fries medium rare...well I was confused and the cashier was to. If your a true fast food consumer don't order their sodas I've ordered a few and everyone knows mc danks got best soda and chicken nuggies . Order double Chili cheese burger with mountain dew or Pepsi trust me it'll help you get past ur wife denying you that special something something

Good food and service, but apparently their drive through is only open for one hour early in the morning, if you go by the sign posted in the window. Lol (image attached)

The lady in the window this morning literally told me they took so long because they made my food fresh. They didn't even give me what I ordered. I did not think to check because of the fact she told me everything was fresh. Hashbrowns eggs and steak she said was all fresh. So they took forever to get my order wrong and nothing is fresh let me tell you.

Ordered a burrito and cheesburger. Cheeseburger was COLD, even the bun. The burrito was HALF the size of the tortilla and the slop inside, room temperature. The cheese was cold. Disgusting.

I was starving and went to grab a bite to eat. I got a bean burrito, fries, and drink. I never expected to find that after eating 2 fries, I would be almost done. I don't even think there were a dozen fries. I even looked in the bag to see if some had fallen out. There was 1 more. Prices go up everywhere, but portions and service seem to be lacking.

Always get the best service from del taco. The food is always fresh and tasty and value for dollar is way better than every other fast food out there. Clean and stocked, and worth the trip.Kid-friendliness: Great for kids since the menu and food is easy.Parking: Easy and plenty of it.Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of wide ramp areas.

The Food was good and the portions were spot on not like other Del Taco locations that do not put in the right portions that you pay for this Del Taco was worth paying the Money For! The only thing it took a while to get my order I walked in.
