I thought Dollar General was about saving money. Unfortunately, that's not the case. I made a list in the app, clipped the required coupons ( which is kinda time consuming and sometimes a bit frustrating, but willing to do it to save the money) and when I get to the store, the reason why I went there in the first place, light bulbs, weren't even there! It said on the app, plenty in stock, but none. Not even just that, but no place on the shelf was a spot for the product at all. After that, only one of the coupons worked. Ugh. I just wanted a few items, at the prices offered on the app, at my store. I ended up spending alot more than I wanted to. Could've done better on Amazon. The people who work at the store were very nice. But, the manager was very limited on what he could do to help me. Needless to say, I won't be shopping there anymore.

Very expensive, all the scarce products and the employee who accommodates the product, very conflictive, began to argue with my 10-year-old child, I ran away since I don't like being around conflictive people and without minimal education.?

Es una de las tiendas de bajo costo que tuvo su época dorada cuando casi todo costaba un dólar, hoy en día muchas de las tiendas están cerrado, sin embargo aquí en Lake Elsinore todavía se encuentra abierta, tiene buenas promociones y artículos a precios accesibles. Tiene área de estacionamiento gratuito y aceptan pagos con tarjetas de crédito.

Very well ran, store. The ladies are very polite and helpful, but also busy. Deliveries come on Tuesdays, but it takes all week to get things out They nicely focus on the important things first, like, batteries, cell phone accessories and food, which is a big help. Store is dog friendly, but they have to walk, they cannot be in the baskets, for sanitary reasons. Ice is a great buy here. Also next door is the Super Seven parking lot. Home of the best family owners in all of lake Elsinore, in my opinion. They own the liquor store and the smoke shop. Most excellent crews at both places. Also barber, Mexican food, water, and clothing available here. But the big Attraction is, of course.......... DeJongs Chocolate milk available in the liquor store. If you don't know what that is, please, feel free to move out of town as quick as you can. Just kidding of course. But.......THERE IS NOTHING FINER IN ALL, YES ALL, OF LAKE ELSINORE, VELVET LIQUID............PRICELESS.

The AMAZING cashiers deserve a raise. They went above and beyond. I will definitely make the drive again to this store. Excellent customer service!

When in to look for some distilled water and didn't find any in fridge , but I was able to find some on the karts , so I asked the cashier if I can take it and she called someone else who said help me , but they other person refused to even help when they clearly had the water in stock.

The real enemy here is Dollar General who routinely understaffs this store and countless others. Coupon system is a fail—not being clear on receipt or accurate regarding their own promotions they advertise.

I love the Dollar General great for parties, snacks everybody there is friendly. Their stuff is always good and if you're on a budget, that's the place to go.

Would give a zero if possible this is the worst store I have been in in quite some time. Everything about it from the sloppy presentation of merchandise to the ridiculously unprofessional employees, the parking lot is always furtt and there is no public bathroom. Employees screw around with one another talking on their personal phones and then accuse customers of stealing the very products they are literally in the process of paying for.

They should open up 30 minutes sooner to capitalize on all of the parents taking kids to school at Lakeland village, can't tell you how many times I've driven by and needed an umbrella for the kids or lunchables etc. They would get a lot of business
