“Had an unexpected PC issue and rushed over to 99 Dollar PC Repairs — talked to Chris, and he helped me through everything. I paid the rush fee and got taken care of right away. Later that day, he called and said it might be the power supply, but he wasn’t 100% sure until he could test another one. Luckily, I had a spare, so he did more testing and confirmed it was definitely the PSU.
Later that day, I went to Best Buy, bought a new power supply, put everything back together — and it definitely works great now! Chris also explained what could’ve caused the failure — maybe a bad batch or just random hardware wear. Either way, I really appreciated the fast service, honest communication, and overall professionalism. I’ll definitely come back if anything happens again!”

He was also very kind to my daughter and gave her a rubber duck. They have phone accessories and are reliable and trustworthy. Definitely recommend!”
