I have had several storage units throughout my life in Southern California. The storage units themselves are just storage units. It is the people that work at the storage facilities who make it better or worse. At Extra Space storage in Lake Elsinore, you will not find a more kindhearted person who goes the Extra mile than Ally. She is the best. We didn't run across each other's paths very often, but she always had a smile, and she would always wave from a distance as if she knew me for many, many years. It is a personal touch that makes you feel welcomed. May God bless Ally all her days.

What a great experience. I'm out of town looking for a storage unit to rent. Both the phone service and the store manager ( Jasmine) were kind and professional and answered all my questions in a friendly manner.
