Calling on the phone they take great care of me and address every concern and question I have. The staff is amazing and so sweet. The nurses are incredible nd make sure the take everything I have to say seriously. Started coming here five months ago after I had my son and I'm absolutely satisfied with the care I have received thank you to the entire staff for making me feel cared for and understood. “I like this medical group. They network with A+ Urgent Care, which is closer for me, and I like more than the one I was going to. Besides being able to see your primary doctor you can go and see doctors or nurses in different areas. Although, they don't have soon appointments, where you might end up waiting one or more weeks. They have several activities and get togethers that I enjoy. I wish they could also have them in Menifee instead of only in Temecula, Sun City, and Hemet.”

“Everyone there was so nice from the receptionist checking me in all the way through the medical assistant to the Nurse practitioner!! They were very thorough and didn’t make me wait in the back for more that a few minutes, like most urgent cares do. I’ve always had to wait for at least 10 -15 minutes once called back. This place was able to take care of me and also administer a shot for my severe pain in my back and hip. To top it off the med tech was so gentle giving me the shot. All in all ,a Great urgent care!!”
