“I won't get into personal affairs but I will say I don't understand the low ratings. Everytime I come here im welcomed and I feel comfortable and warm. Calling on the phone they take great care of me and address every concern and question I have. The staff is amazing and so sweet. The nurses are incredible nd make sure the take everything I have to say seriously. Started coming here five months ago after I had my son and I'm absolutely satisfied with the care I have received thank you to the entire staff for making me feel cared for and understood. You all genuinely care about your patients.”

“Good quality care. The front office staff is always friendly and helpful. The Dr's, PA's and NP are all well qualified and listen to issues carefully. Minus one star for no direct contact with the clinic. The general phone line can be over an hour wait. They do offer call backs though.”
“My mother had an appointment here. Initially, I was hesitant considering the mixed reviews, but it was so close to her home which made it convenient. Overall, from the moment she arrived she was received by the most nicest nurse named Kim. She was attentive to her needs and made her feel comfortable. I hope the clinic gives her the recognition to keep her because I am a member of Kaiser Permanente and even there (while paying ridiculous premiums) I stumble frequently with incompetent nurses.
