I had an appointment at 9:15. I was there before my appointment, when I walked in, alls someone said to me was do you have an appointment? I said yes and that was it. Then I sat there until 9:40. No one acknowledged me or what was going on. One of the hairdressers left in the middle of someone’s appointment to go get product from home. So at that time I walked out. Absolutely terrible service. Will not be back or recommend.

Walked in at 3pm on a Monday. Was asked if I had an appointment. Since when does fantastic Sams require appointments? Only one person was working and she was doing extensions. Poor planning/scheduling. Lost our business: 3 haircuts.

Need to fix their hours of operation in all areas that it could be. Google and online shows 7pm close time. I live close to this location and actually checked and knew that they had different hours of operation where they actually closed at 5:00pm. I walk in at 4:30 thinking that I've given just enough time to get done by close time to have the associates tell me that both Google and their front door are incorrect-- they close at 4:30pm. 3 different times and hours of operation. I'd imagine the workers just wanted to leave early that day, very unprofessional to have such inaccurate information and waste people's time.

Taylor is so sweet. Love my hair cut! Taylor's friend (I'm sorry I didnt catch name) made it fun also. Ladies provided great service. Work area was clean and price is reasonable. I made appointment over phone and it was quick! Thank you!
