Slow to acknowledge you. Took 15 mins to get welcomed. Mgr can be friendlier. Your customer service level needs to improve for the high fees you charge. Quality products yes , big gap in the service area.

Great speedy service! This is my go-to Jiffy Lube and they always take great care of me. Jason, Joaquin, Mason and Alex all do a great job. Unlike some places like Valvoline they actually do everything they say they are gonna do and help you make the best choices for your car! Actually trustworthy crew! Wouldn’t recommend anywhere else!

Seriously, the best Jiffy Lube around. After moving up to Lake Elsinore this shop has taken great care of my Toyota. Thanks yet again to Joaquin and Team for actually giving a crap about what my truck needs. Many of my neighbors recommended this shop too. Thanks Again Joaquin!!
