Last week, I went to a Juice it Up in Redlands, CA and tried all the new horchata drinks over the span of a few days. All of them were DELICIOUS and I was impressed! When I came back to my home in Lake Elsinore, I wanted to get them again so I went to the location on Central Ave. The first time I went, I got the Strawberry horchata drink and was almost surprised when I received it because tasted nothing like the one I had previously in the week. It wasn't horrible to drink, but I was still disappointed because it wasn't great. Today, I decided to give it another shot and I got the PB horchata smoothie. Not only was I extremely disappointed, but I was disgusted. It tasted horrible and nothing like the one I had in Redlands. I wasted almost $10 on a drink and I was upset. Customer service was good, but I will not be returning to this Juice It Up because the drinks are not made correctly.

The drinks and bowls they serve here are amazing!! By far my favorite smoothie place around here. I have come in twice now, my first time I ordered a Pina coolada and it was out of this world amazing. The second time I ordered a normal acai bowl and it was also shoutout to the service. It was the same 2 boys both times. The guy with glasses and was dressed nicely was really cool! He walked me through different options I could get on the menu and personally made both the drink and the bowl for me. He also walked me through the different health benefits of each of the boosts and was, overall, just a really nice guy to both me and the other customers! I wish more people knew about this place, I'm convinced I found a hidden gem!

1st time customer. Last time customer. Had to get something w/ no strawberry's. Ordered a pineapple colada. Wasn't blended well. Had funny little yellow balls on bottom of cup. Clumps of pineapple on bottom. Was gritty from what ever he put in it, and then sets it on the counter, and doesn't say a word. Just goes and serves another customer After what seemed like minutes I asked if that was mine. Guy looks around, say's oh yeah. Gee thanks. I"ll never go back. Drink was terrible. Server didn't care enough to make a good smoothie.

The first time I went here and was pleasantly surprised at how many options they had, especially healthy options. It's hard to find protein smoothies that have enough protein, but they have them.Service was exceptional, as we asked lots of questions.

What a great find if you've got a hankering for a Guarana energy boost on your drive down the 15 or just trying to stave off scurvy. Shoutout to the punk style cashier who was extremely patient and knowledgeable about making a substitution to the the vital proteins blue smoothie to make it vegetarian friendly. He should have a tiktok channel just for making balanced smoothies. Also recommend the mango mania which tastes like a healthier version of the Jamba Caribbean Passion.

Honestly this was my first bad experience here with customer service. The guy Luke who assisted us was very rude. As me and my little sister where walking in I said hello didn’t get one back. No problem I guess it wasn’t a good day. Then another person walks in and says hi he automatically has a mood change and says hello how are you. Honestly bad experience

Customer service is definitely lacking in this establishment. I walked in and stood for 15 min without being acknowledged at all. I have seen poor customer service, but this takes the cake. I'd venture to say that it is because I am black, although I didn't want to go there. The lady behind the counter looked at me at least 5 times and never said a word. Come on people - we have to do better than this. When you are in business you are never to busy or distracted to at least acknowledge your customers. Customers keep you in business. To the owner of this business - train your employees accordingly. My order for the evening would have been over a couple hundred dollars, but I'll take my business where everyone is valued.

Terrrrrrrible !!! My fiancé showed up because I was sick and there was only one person in front of him. He ordered and three more people showed up ordered and got their drink before us they then handed him the drink and it was wrong so they made another one and specifically asked for the ingredients and no banana and no pineapple, they continually had problems trying to mix it which hello? Add more juice if it's not blending. Which if there was no banana there wouldn't have been thay problem 30 minutes later I got my drink from the initial time I ordered and it still had banana in it when I got home ... how do I know I'm allergic to bananas and immediately had a reaction. I have tried calling over and over and no one will answer the phone . Someone needs to call me and refund this order such a joke a $10 smoothie took 30 mins with multiple errors. Awful service ! And now I'm having an allergic reaction due to them not paying attention on top of being sick... thank you
