I was gifted a pair slightly used & wore them maybe less than a month, the boot started coming off, it appears the glue used is cheap quality & heard they partnered with Pacer & quality has gone downhill since. That should explain why they’re very cheap in prices. Another one gone cheap quality is Chicago and other once greats are following. You have to spend closer to $200 and over if you want complete quality in skates. You should be able to use the sh#% out of them without them falling apart within weeks of purchasing them. Moxi/Reidell are by far the best quality out there.

I’ve been using Labeda for 20+ years. They are very responsive to any issues or concerns I’ve had regarding their wheels. I also couldn’t be more pleased with their customer service as they go the extra mile to ensure you are satisfied with their wheels. As long as you are using the proper wheel for the surface you are skating on you cannot go wrong with Labeda wheels. They have a wide selection of wheels specific to the various surfaces you may skate on so educate yourself and get the proper wheels and if you are having a hard time determining which wheel is best for your situation then simply ask them because they respond quickly.

Its really a shame. LaBeda was once the best hockey wheels out, but those days are long gone. RIP Quality.
