My husband and I came in on Black Friday and Keith H. & Chad were super helpful and up front since the start. I think this was the fastest experience we've ever had at a dealership. We were in & out in about 2.5 hours with our beautiful Ford F150. I'm trying to convince my mom to come and get a truck from Keith. Great experience

I will never use the service department here again. It has taken three full days to replace a headlamp. Three days!! On day two I was called that my car was ready. I got a ride, was dropped off, hour later ... car not ready and they called me an Uber. Today is day 3. I've been here 2 hours. It's a headlight!! Fix my car and let me go!I was rarely kept updated. On day three I never heard from anyone. My Jeep is a 2020 with less than 25k miles. I bought the extended (expensive!) warranty. But surprise! Nothing is covered. They are "doing me a favor" by not charging me. Kinda like the favor I did when I paid $2400 for a warranty that doesn't cover anything! I am a senior citizen, a widow who lives alone and I need a car. Three days without a vehicle has been so stressful. Calling the service department is a joke. I was on hold for 20 minutes when I finally left a message. I never received a return call. If your Jeep, Chrysler or Dodge needs service.... don't come to Lake Elsinore! Anybody want to buy a lemon?!

Dealership has been known to get the best of the best vehicles. They have a bunch of premium vehicles like the Hellcats and TRXs. Their used lot has many great options to choose from. They have it all. Give them a shot. :)

Update... when we could finally pick up they were ordering an uber for my husband to be picked up. Couldnt even do that right. The first uber called and said he was out front, nope! He was at the dealership! Called the dealership they canceled and ordered a second which showed. Called and complained to the receptionist and asked her for the GM to call, guess what.... no phone call that day AND still no phone call as of today. Stay away from this place!

Mrs. Taylor once again has provided amazing customer service. This is the second time I have gone to her due to my husband's recommendation. I am totally satisfied and I just wanted to thank her and show my gratitude. Especially her amazing smile.

The sales man here went above and beyond for me. I didn't want my payments too high so he literally found me a car within my payment range and brought it from another dealer. Which was great. The car did have blown speakers and it was a bit of a fight to get them fix it but they did fix them and I have had no issues since.

Three stars for Keith and Priscilla. Both very nice and easy to work with. We went in on Friday evening to look at a vehicle they had online. First they could not find it then they did, battery was dead, and as he tried pulling it out to test drive he claimed it "died." Do not know for sure if it was true or they planned to get us into a higher model. The manager Chad is your typical sales guy and came to me with prices I did not expect. I initially asked to use my bank, but they got me using theirs. They hooked me for a lot more than I planned and I will see what I do. Minus stars for the sales pitching for the cost of the car from Chad. Plus location is infested with mosquitos that we saw flying around us at the desk, had 5 bites on my leg the next morning. Vehicles on lot are very dirty and tons of water stains. I noticed mine was pretty bad even after they washed it at the dealer. Again, Keith is AWESOME! And I would recommend him to anyone, but watch out for Chad when he slides in with the numbers....

It was an awesome experience making my trade with Chad N.! I didn’t have to go to the dealership at all!! All was done from the comfort of my home. I kept getting a P0304 misfire on cylinder 4, had a shop replace my spark plug, coil, and fuel injector, but the light continued. Finally decided to take it to the dealership to figure have the job done right. Cody was my service agent, he was very informative, communicative, personable and professional. Need more people in customer service like him everywhere!

Chad helped us into our new Jeep Renegade Hybrid and we love it. He made the process easy and followed up with personal delivery on the due bill for mats that took a while to get in stock. Would definitely recommend him to anybody on the market for a new car.

I went and purchased a used car last weekend from Jeff Weathermon. The experience was great he worked with me on a price point. He was patient and answered all of my questions. I would definitely recommend this dealership and Jeff specifically to work with. He made the car buying process quick and painless.

3rd time I am taking my 2020 ram rebel to get fixed for the same issue. Surprise, they want to run "diagnostics" again. First time I dropped it off, apparently the person helping me (Anthony) got fired. So my truck sat for a few days for nothing. Then they called to tell me Anthony was fired and NOW they were going to order the part needed but it wouldn't be in for a week, so to come get the truck. Then 2 weeks later they called to ask if I had picked up the truck because they didn't know where it was and the part was in. Little bizarre, but ok I dropped it off again to get fixed. After picking it up again, the SAME issue is still going on.. after telling them this, they now want ANOTHER 3 days to "diagnostics"...will my truck ever get fixed? Stay tuned.UPDATE 9/19/23its been 1 week since I dropped the truck off for the 3 day diagnostic. Have not heard from anyone. Called and spoke with Veronica today who said we should have received an email with the estimate and explanation of work needed (although I never got an email the last 2-3 times I dropped it off) I was told I would get a call. Apparently, my service advisor is off today so no one has access to explain the work that is needed to fix the truck. Then she tells me the technician has questions about the original issue and needs them answered in order to figure out what's wrong.. ??? what??? good thing I called!!! No one has called to ask me any questions about the problem. Its been 7 days. I call to get an update and they cannot or will not provide one. The last service advisor I had got fired and someone else took over, so why can't they just get someone else to tell me what work needs to be done so the ball can get rolling. Its laughable at this point. You guys have wasted so much of my time. This was your opportunity "to make it right" and you failed. Asked Veronica to get a manger involved. She said she would only send a message to the service advisor WHO IS NOT EVEN THERE. Cant make this up.

It use to be called Paradise Chevrolet, Since the New owners took over.. its Crap!! I went in to get a Oil change and Rotation.. my tires were never Rotatated.. this dealership is a Joke!!
