Review for salesperson 688930 name is Lindsey
Lindsay was a gem. My husband and I went in to the store in Lake Elsinore. I was looking for a pair of jeans however I have not purchased a pair of Levi’s in years so my husband asked for assistance from Lindsey Lindsay was very knowledgeable on the Levi’s for women and the sizes in the fit, she explained in detail the difference between a 501 and a straight leg she gave me several suggestions gave me the pants had me try them on and gave me her expertise on how my jeans should fit as well as asking how I feel I valued her opinion very much because she knew her stuff. Ultimately, I purchased two pairs of pants which fit perfectly. She was very patient, professional knowledgeable, extremely friendly, and kind. She is an asset to the company because you don’t find sales persons like this that actually take the time to assist you in detail like Lindsey did she is absolutely worth a 10 and if I could give her more star rating, I would give her 100 she is absolutely priceless. Thank you Lindsey for all your help. It was a good experience for myself as as well as my husband who does not like shopping with me but Lindsey made it pleasant for both of us, Thank you again

Isabell was amazing! She helped me over the phone by holding my jeans, and when I arrived, she assisted me through the fitting process, making sure I found the perfect size. She also gave great advice on what styles looked best on me. Thanks to her help, I ended up purchasing two pairs of jeans. Excellent customer service as well as friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful!

Last time I visited this store was years ago. The store was nicely laid out, full of nice new, clearance items and tons of styles to choose from. I never realized how many different styles of Levi's were made. The young lady that helped me was awesome. I told her what I wanted and the fit, and she hooked me up. Left the store with 2 Henley sweaters and 2 pairs of 502 Jeans for...…. Well, you will have to go for yourself. Props to salesperson #756367 (don't have a name). Anyway, you all need to visit this store and the others that are left at our L.E. Outlet. Let's support our businesses and community. Thanks.!!! :)

As a first timer at this place, I felt that it suited the needs for what I was looking for. I love the fact that they have long lengths for us tall people. The young woman whom helped me made the experience easy & positive. She asked what I was looking for & knew exactly what to pick. Definitely make sure you try them on if you don't already know your size. Mine size was different for 2 of 3 styles tried. I'll be back!

Not the best customer service.. greeted us by saying if we needed to return something even though we had no bags on us.. we went for an online pickup.. wasn’t allowed to do an even exchange even though I had just picked up my online order… wasn’t a pleasant experience…

I was shopping with my Veteran daughter in law. She has two small children. I asked the cashier if Levi’s gives a Veteran discount as she was ringing up the item. My daughter in law was bashful. Maybe it’s my age but I was surprised the cashier didn’t help me convince my daughter in law to accept Levi’s discount. Then later as we were walking to Dairy Queen my Daughter in law said the jeans were the same price as any store.

Maddie was wonderful! She actively listened to my concerns and provided quick and painless solution when dealing with defective product. Associates like Maddie are the reason I still shop in store locations vs online!
Not to mention the store is always clean and organized every visit!

The sweetest girl working on May 5 was more than willing to help me find my size and recommend different styles! I wish I got her name, but she was probably in her 20s & has red hair. She was sooo helpful. I probably wouldn’t have found what I wanted without her!
