Good customer service and a large selection of tools. Some of the workers will talk your ear off if given the opportunity to counsel you on how to repair something though.

Johanna in the custom cabinets department was so wonderful to work with. She helped us to design our new kitchen, laundry and pantry and office space. She went above and beyond. She offered the best customer service when a previous employee at a different Lowe's was less than adequate. Johanna made sure that we had the best experience. Every part of the process she made enjoyable. Now that our project is done, I make excuses to get things at Lowe's just to visit her. :)

Worst customer service. Every time I come here to get paint they make me wait and the customer service people are right there staring at me and don't say anything and nobody responds to the help button. I usually go to Lowe's in chino hills and they are way better with customer service. I just left right now and im so mad that I have wasted my time. This happens like 50% of the time I go in there. I don't recommend this lowes at all and I will not come back here. I would rather go to the lowes a couple exits away because the amount of time I had to wait til someone helps me is around the same time it takes for me to drive to the next one anyways.

One of the worst Lowe's I ever shopped at. I couldn't find anything I needed. And to get help don't count on it. I had a better chance of getting 5 star help at home depot on a busy day then I do here at Lowe's on a slow afternoon.

My washer broke so I called Lowes after checking Home Depot just across the way and Lowe’s lady answered I asked “hi do you have any pre owned washers or damaged ones or clearance ones ?” She said “ I have a lot of inventory you have to come down and see “ first off im disabled and can’t go in many places and second I called in to ask about availability and she responded with that. To which I said can you please transfer me to someone in appliances ? Or who would I ask about it she said “ I’m the one you would ask and there is another two customers on hold I’ll have to call you back. She never called back. Not to mention when I went in to see the washing machine I tried asking the guy in appliances where this rude lady I spoke with was and he said she was in a meeting then showed me a pre owned appliance and then told me he doesn’t know if it works or not also told me that he doesn’t know why the customer returned it He kept trying to sell me on a new one and now I will never return to Lowe’s not to mention the dude looked red like a lobster with bloodshot eyes. Give the booze a rest buddy this is unprofessional and Lowe’s obviously has no standards anymore. Thanks to them I will be going to Best Buy

This is a larger store than the store in Riverside, with more products. I had to ask where the irrigation products were, after we were directed to the aisle, we found what we needed. There were few customers at the cashier so checking was a breeze and the cashier told us we came during a lull and lucked out. I wish the Lowes in Riverside was like the store in Elsinore.

Kari in major appliances is a big asset to that department! Bought a LG refrigerant in June of 2021! Needed to call for service on a repair with my extended warranty and I did not have my reference number needed to get my service she went out her way to help me get the correct paperwork with the information I needed! Also gave me the correct number to call for service which is now scheduled for Monday the 24th! Outstanding customer service from Kari!

I visited Lowe’s to buy accessories needed to build a garden shade. I just asked Mark Drake if he could help me with one of the items, but he went an extra mile to help us with all the items. He made our day!! Mark was extremely knowledgeable and helpful during the entire selection process He was very pleasant to work with and we highly recommend reaching out to him if you have any questions if you are at Lake Elsinore Lowes. He responds within minutes and doesn’t let anything go unaddressed. I will be going back to Lake Elsinore Lowes for future purchases and one big factor for that would be the service provided by Mark Drake.Overall a great experience and top notch service! I highly recommend Lake Elsinore Lowes for anyone looking to buy home improvement goods.

Purchased a 140 john deer riding mower 5-3-23 they delivered it 3 days later turned on the mower and the drive belt came off. Called Lowes they said they would pick It up put the belt back on I would have it back Saturday may 13th. I called Friday may 12 no one new anything about my mower I must have called 10 times put on hold or cut off one time I was transferred to 3 different people each time having to tell them the whole story and then put on hold for 15 minutes then cut off. It's all most impossible to talk to a mng there. Finally got ahold of mng eddie said mower is in for repair. I asked what repair? He said new belt promised I would have it in one week. Called back in one week he said belt is on order. Promised one week again. Called back in one week still no mower. They said they can't find my mower. I called corporate office for Lowes they promised I would get a call within 2hrs. No call received!!! Finally after 6 weeks I called the lake Elsinore store got a manager named Hillary. She found the mower and did a good job for me. Mng eddie called me said they would deliver it Saturday June 17 between 8 and 12 I waited tell noon then called eddie!!!@@@ where is my mower eddie said he didn't put in for delivery today. He said Monday would be better for him. I asked why he never had the courtesy to call me he said sorry. This is Saturday 5/17 still no mower.

No employees to help customers! Went to pick up some CMU block. After not able to find the standard 8x8x16 block on the isle, I asked the kid at the register if they were out front. He said to me, I don't know I'm just filling in as he continued to sit there. Here's a novel idea! Hey Mr shopper, let me find out for you!
