Rude, I know they offer notary services and that female in the front was acting extra acting like she had never heard of that when I have obtained documents notarized here before.

Staff is always friendly when I come here, ATMs have worked phenomenal when not needing to go inside. If it’s slow, having an IT background , the bank can’t control that at times. It’s more of a network issue. Be patient. Inside it is always clean, refreshing and great customer service from the staff. A lot of customers come through here so if you’re in a rush, come back another day. Don’t blame the staff for your piss poor planning to need something in a rush. Come when you have time because today at noon it can be packed and tomorrow empty but don’t base your one time experience to always be the same other than the customer service. Never had any issues, I will definitely be coming here again.

Ivy and my husband went there to take care of our Ira. Marcos helped us. He was wonderful explained everything from start to finish. Thank you for being a wonderful customer service and all the pointers you gave us you were wonderful. Amazing attitude!!!

I have been with NFCU, for over thirty years, this is why I was shocked when my claim was denied. Navy Federal allowed someone to open four accounts under my main account, while I was incarcerated, I plea bargained with the DA, OF Riverside, I had a DUI, in 2016, for whatever reason, this case seem to drag on, although I had took my classes and paid all my fines satisfactory. I was in jail for seven months, with no access, my debit card was secured. This person put a do not call notification on my account, and preceded to decimate my Acorn , and Navy Federal Accounts, this continued up until September of last year 2022, as early as August 2022. I had knee surgery, the day they took monies out. And you all called me (NFCU) in September,2022 and SUGGESTED, I CLOSED THE ACCOUNT BECAUSE YOU FELT IT WAS COPROMISED, again. I did a police report, and got copies of my incarceration, and filed a complaint, gave you copies of all of the evidence, although embarrassing to have to display my information for the world to see, and you denied it. I have evidence to support all that I write, and would gladly show it again if you need to see it, I would attach, but it has personal information on those documents.

What bank does not have a coin counter. Took my son and his change in to deposit into his account. He did not have that much they told him to roll it. So we went into the car he rolled what he could but still have change that added up to another 10$ in different coins they wouldn't take it. I think I'll change to a different military bank.

I was told 5 day hold on my pay check for one year 2 1/2 years later same 5 day hold which really means 8 day hold weekends the day you deposit and mondays don't count, sad we have to find another bank

Sometimes the atmmachine doesn’t work and when its not working seems like it takes a few days for it to be up and running that is my only issue with this bank location.
