We took our Siberian Husky for his second "Furminator" grooming session and after paying over $75.00 I have to say it's like they barely did anything. He still smells like he needs a bath and he's leaving fur all over the house.
I knew something was amiss when I picked him up and the groomer said "She was a good dog".
Our dog is a boy and if the groomer spent any time at all with the dog that would be somewhat obvious.
In all fairness, the first time they did a wonderful job. Just not this last visit.

A friendly atmosphere to walk on to the store. I returning something I bought. I thought it was on my phone number however it was not found on the system. And the customer gave me a store credit card. It is a win-win situation. Thank you PetSmart.

I took my puppy to get a shower here ,but i was satisfied with the service my puppy was still smelling durty that shampoo they use is not that good . I recommen Pet grooming better you will so satisfied with the service my puppy smelled so good and her fur was very soft. Plus the person in the front desk was very friendly.

Wouldn't accept our vaccination records and current license at the pet salon. I made an appointment ahead of time and mentioned that we were coming from out of town. There was no mention that some records would not be accepted if they had stickers or handwriting (picture). I didn't bring anything crazy- just my dog's vaccine record that has worked everywhere else. If you have an out-there policy, please make it very clear so folks can bring what's needed. Ruined the afternoon as we had nowhere to leave our dog.

Both times I took my puppy in for grooming and although he was dirty he looked worse on pickup. He went in a Bichon and came out a bald poodle. I was even charged for dematting, huh? You just clipped him bald! He had clipper burns and a few nicks on him. I feel so sorry for him, I wish I could post -1!

The employees at PetSmart in Elsinore were fabulous with Brownie they took such great care in his grooming needs and were at a very reasonable price compared to all the other pet grooming shops I called.And I did shop around... Lol.
