Disappointed with this company. I ordered my dad 4 hdmi cables (totally over $200) and 1 of them was a lemon - didn’t work in any outlet while all the others did. After speaking with customer service (+1 star for not being on hold for too long), the process for getting a refund or even a new cable is tedious. I understand the company has to protect themselves, but it is their error. Very frustrating that their defective product becomes the customer’s burden.

I've been using this company for CAT5/6 and fiber for about 12 years, since they were at the old location. They are great. Quality products and service. Stuff always in stock. Great pricing. Highly recommend!.

I have used Primus Cable products for over ten years. I pulled 2000 feet in my home back in 2009. It has worked perfectly ever since. Just recently, I have pulled over 9000 feet of CAT6 (C6U-5374RB) at my work. I have not had a single bad cable in all that time. I have seen cable cheaper other places but I just don't risk it. I use what I know works 100% of the time and that's the model I listed above. If their other products are just as good, this is where you need to buy from.

Found this place on Google and am so glad that I did. Teresa was extremely helpful and got us all set up with everything we needed for a network upgrade. The prices here are the lowest I could find, and the folks are very responsive and friendly. Can't recommend more highly!

I've been working with Primus for years now and have never been dissatisfied. A quick email to my rep gets my product order shipped the same day when possible, and with my proximity to their facility, I usually get the product the following day. Their network cables are inexpensive and reliable, just what I need as an independent IT contractor. Any time I have an issue, they do what they need to make it right.

This company is extremely unreliable and I caution you for any orders placed from them. We ordered a cable tester (9:30 AM) on a Monday for a rush job on Thursday of that week. We paid for $53.13 for guaranteed 2 day deliver. We received notice that they could not honor their 2 day commitment later that afternoon because they had to ship out of the manufacturing warehouse. In fact they could not even guarantee three day AM shipping after the fact. They offered nothing except "sorry for the inconvenience". I would not rely on this company for any urgent needs. I was able to locate another company that overnighted it to me for a fraction of the cost. I gave Primus every opportunity to do the right thing but they just didn't seem concerned.

I have only ordered once but they shipped the order out right away. It was reasonably priced and the shipping rates were fair. I got an email from them saying the order shipped but they also called me on the phone to tell me. I thought that was nice. I do think they have a much better selection than the local supplier also.

We used them in the past and had an issue that has still not been resolved but we needed wire so had to use them again. Our delivery ABSOLUTELY had to be delivered on Friday 8/24 to our jobsite. We had thousands of dollars already spent on this job that was to start Monday with equipment, technicians, cleared the facility etc. Delay in UPS shipment, not arriving until Tuesday. We called them to try and get some help, ship a couple boxes overnight and when order came in we would refuse a couple, send me a prepaid overnight shipping label so I could drive across town and ship the partial boxes of wire that I had so at least they could get something started. Their answer was no every time to every plea for help that I tried. They would not help at all, not even refund the very large shipping charge because the order was not delivered as requested. Called UPS and they said they could only speak to the shipper and they get the refund. So Primus Cable may get the refund from UPS and not refund us and cost my company thousands and thousands of dollars because they were so indiffernet and refused to help. Would have cost them a shipping label that they could get reimbursed for. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS AT ALL

Terrible company with even worse customer service. I purchased a television mount for a wood stud wall and they send me one for a masonry wall. When I contact them about the return they say that since I didn't contact them within 30 days of the purchase that they will not return or even exchange the product even though they sent me the wrong mount. They capped it all off with an unprofessional email that basically told me to go to a local hardware store and figure out what brackets and/or fasteners they have that could help remedy the problem.... THE PROBLEM THEY CREATED BY SENDING ME THE WRONG MOUNT AND ACCEPTING NOT RESPONSIBILITY FOR! Future customers beware...I strongly recommend you look elsewhere.
