Walk in without opts are also open but opt is highly recommend location 11180 Warner #159 good service of all staffs. With one exception to one Vietnamese skinny lab tech I did not get her name was not helpful when clients need help with Kios or have questions she kept said I don't know I am busy when it is just a simple answer would help everyone waiting. I wish I could get her name I ask the Phillipino lab tech she didn't give me that Vietnamese lady tech.Vietnamese of this only one Vietnamese tech I changed my rating from 5 stars to 4 stars.

I have been to quest before. Sadly this last time I tried many times to make an appt. By phone & on line. The staff at Dr. Jackson’s had difficulty too finally one of the staff members made an appt. For me & printed my appointment out for today for me & I was fasting. Went to check in & check in stand said there was no appt. for me. Left 3 messages with Dr. office. Finally got a call back & front office girl said she could not help & only offered to walk in. I told her I do not have that luxury since I am full time caregiver for my disabled veteran. I know it was time for her to go home. I am very disappointed I feel they could care less.

Last week I posted a bad review on the Murrieta location (Medical Center Drive) so it only seems fair to write a great review for this location in LE. Firstly, they had a staff member present to help folks with the kiosk checkin. Secondly, their blood pressure equipment was working (unlike Murrieta), and thirdly, the phlebotomist was friendly and efficient. Facility was clean, and staff friendly. We got to go to Annie's for breakfast which is right next door too! We will always go to this location from now on!

Place is a joke got here at around 8:10 am checked in just to pee in a cup and I didn't know you can cut in line by putting yourself on a standbye list even tho my scheduled walk-in appointment is 10:40 am and they called all these other walk-ins before me even tho they came minutes and hours after me. So remember people with appointments get seen first line cutters get seen 2nd and you sit there for hours when it takes only 3 minutes to pee in a cup.

I must say this place was very unprofessional. I had to come in for a drug test and was treated like a criminal. The staff was very rude. I don’t feel like employees should treat customers/ patients in this manner. If the lady doesn’t like her job she should have stayed home. I don’t recommend this place to anyone.

Terrible service. Do yourself a favor and just drive to Temecula. Very rude staff. Waited almost 4 hours to be told that they could not help me and I needed to drive to Riverside. Don’t waste your time

I never thought I’d say that I had a “good” experience getting my blood drawn, but here we are! I made an appointment online, checked in via text when I arrived, and was called in after waiting about 5 minutes. Ashley was my phlebotomist and she was absolutely lovely. Meticulous, friendly, and most importantly, skilled, she made my blood draw as efficient and painless as possible. You can tell she really loves her job and loves helping people. Make sure you ask for Ashley!

They need a front desk person to help some of the older folks get checked it. They don't understand the computers, it takes the staff longer to show them. Causing longer wait times. Also if they worried about covid, why are we all touching the same computer screen? I watched 20 different hands touch that without any sanitizing.

I had an appointment and was there for over 2 hours, people on standby list that came to meet there were taken care of before me. Bad service will never go there for any reason.

I showed up to this location without an appointment and was helped within 10 minutes give or take excluding the sign in time. Signing in is super easy and can be done on your own, unless assistance is required. The facility seemed well taken care of and clean including the restrooms which was nice. My phlebotomist was Ashley and she did an amazing job and was very professional and friendly. She kept a light conversation going to avoid those awkward silent moments that I would say most of us have experienced at some point in our lives. I would definitely return to this facility, plus its close to home so happy to know that they offer great patient care. Thank you Ashley for a great experience.
