Bank elsewhere .... SFFCU will fail you, after 22yrs, many loans with them, I fell onto hard times, losing my business, I had to file bankruptcy and I had to make a choice, do I pay my mortgage with them, my vehicle payment with them, my personal loan with them, my credit card with them ... well, I chose my mortgage and my vehicle and today after 22 years, they have completely restricted me, they are closing my Checking account, I have to go to a branch now to make a deposit, I can't use mobile banking, I can't transfer money to make these payments on my vehicle and my mortgage .. I can't use my ATM card. I can't do online banking to make a deposit. Schools First has failed me instead of helping me. They have failed me. They don't care about you. I'm being punished for struggling, this is how they treat their members after 22years who fall onto hard times ... they do not care about you .. bank elsewhere ..

Horrible bank with horrible customer service. They won't be around much longer. Customer service takes hours to get hold of.

This bank not only denied my 92 year old mother a loan they insisted she reapply and denied her twice!Avoid this bank at all costs as they only care about their greedy money!
