I asked for this and I got whatever the stylist wanted, super horrible experience, I showed a picture of what I wanted, explained it and got whatever she wanted? Weird to me but if that is ok with your establishment, I will never go here again, ever.
Requested style: Negative, horrible, bad, I showed a picture of the haircut and everything then she asked how I wanted the length? Ummmm, look at the picture? I don't know?

My boyfriend had to get his haircut before an event we had this evening because his barber wasn’t available so we stopped in. Let me tell you we weren’t expecting much but we were absolutely blown away. Felicity the assistant manager cut his hair and did a phenomenal job! She was so personable and gave him exactly what he wanted with 100% attention to detail. Will definitely be returning!

Worst hair cut I ever had! I swear a chimpanzee could have done a better job. I explained how I wanted my hair cut. She did the opposite. I got scalped! Nothing last longer than a bad haircut. I will never go back there!

I asked for low fade and got this. Assistant manager said this is what they consider a low fade. Looks even worse with a hat on. No refund no nothing because no manager on duty. Sports clip haircut for men SHOULD KNOW LOW FADE and how to blend it….smh

this review is for hair cutter felicity of sports clips, wow she's so great!, prices are reasonable and she honestly does such a great job on my sons hair, he is 7. she's super fast too, easygoing, friendly, and i will keep coming back here to her for my sons haircuts! clean environment and cool setting too.

I hate to write this since I never write reviews. I just moved to Lake Elsinore and was a first time customer here at this location. I was asked if this was my first time, which included the MVP experience. This apparently was given free for first time members. Trust me, I would not have agreed if this was extra. I ended up paying the price of MVP ($33 vs $28). I didn't even want it. Why tell me this is given to first time members, but charge me the full price. I'm actually disappointed, and tried to ask questions since I was surprised. I was too embarrassed since there were so many people in there to talk about it out loud. This is wrong. Don't tell your customers that this is a free upgrade without telling them the options and what it means. I definitely won't be coming back.
