Went here to get a chair on sale 50%off the signs and other customers were talking about it .a lady said she got it for ten dollars .i go to get mine and the customer service lady that has purple hair ,glasses seems like a lead told me they are already marked down but how if the regular price is 25$ if it was on sale it would of been red and how come the customers that paid before me got it for $10 but i was told 25$ is already 50%.

Dealing with Target return policy is what will put them out of business. What is the point of having a brick and mortar store if you can’t offer simple returns and exchanges? Avoid them for large $$$ purchases.

The products continually run out and they don't supply them, so it's up to you to go to another store.

I regret to express my dissatisfaction with the service received from Andrea and Patrick. Despite my request to review the store's Cat & Jack return policy, they were unable to provide a documented policy from corporate. Additionally, Andrea's assurance to print the policy resulted in wasted time as she later stated it was unavailable, insisting I find it myself. Furthermore, Patrick's handling of the situation lacked professionalism, as he shared irrelevant details and repeatedly encouraged my departure. When inquiring about speaking with another manager, I was informed that Andrea was the highest authority present. Such experiences reflect poorly on the customer service standards of the establishment.

Today my wife was walking through this store with my daughter in the seat of the shopping cart with a fresh coffee also in the cup holder. This store had elected to tape down an extension cord in the refrigerated section with tape matching the color of the floor which resulted in my wife’s hot coffee being spilled on her and my 2 year old daughter. I hope the maintenance team can fix this in a timely manner so that no one else is injured.

Always a pleasurable shopping experience. You will always plan on going for 1 thing and end up with a cart full of items. Appreciate selection and return policy.

Great selection of HEARTS, REDS, PINKS ...for Valentine's Day ... bought my 4 grandkids a TOY of their choice...nice chillaxing atmosphere...why are California stores so HUGE?

I’ve never had a bad experience with any target until today a older Hispanic lady in the beauty section was extremely rude. I was looking at the nail polish, she come up to me and told me I can’t open the product( which I was just looking at the color) I was okay no problem she left and kept looking and she come up to me a second time telling me that I wanted to buy something just go and pay it or she will call security. I was to shocked to talk I just apologized and said that I was just looking at the colors but this person really needs to get talked to. PLEASE IF YOU DONT LIKE YOUR JOB THERE ARE PLENTY OF JOBS THAT DONT INCLUDE CUSTOMERS SERVICE !!

Really rude staff. There were no carts to be seen when we got there and we wanted a case of water so we found an empty cart in the store and put them in. As we were walking out The cart boy grabbed a cart out of my fiancés hands as we were leaving the store to load the case of waters into our car. I always walk the cart back to the store or at least the cart stall but this 17 year old really had something to prove. Maybe just do your job and not physically assault paying customers?
