I’ve been going to The Camp Transformation for about 2 years. It is truly amazing to know that there’s a right methodology to building muscle with the right training. I felt hopeless about losing weight. After I joined The Camp, I felt hopeful. Overall, I’ve had a good experience with all the workouts. I like the trainers. Will is like a physical therapist. He addressed my physical injury with exercises. Jennifer is highly energetic and knowledgeable. Every trainer has exceptional communication skills. I appreciate Tina and Nancy for pushing me to the next level. Since joining The Camp I added glutamine supplements to my diet. My muscle mass improved. My overall strength is better. I highly recommend going to The Camp. The only downside is the cost of the gym. I will rejoin when I have more money in the bank.

I have been going since august 2023 and this is the first time I actually stuck with a gym. All the instrutors make working out so easy to follow, provide all the equipment you need to have a successful workout and all you have to do is show up

I have been going since June 2023. I love going because all I have to do is show up. The instructors are very motivating and provide a great and supportive experience. The workouts are tough but the results are worth the effort.

At first I was hesitant to try this challenge, sometimes we are afraid of committing ourselves and afraid to fail, but I am really glad I took a chance on myself I lost 21.8 lbs in the 6 week challenge and feel great. The workout's are also awesome , the Camp worked better for me than going to the gym. You just show up to the camp and do the workouts. The staff is very friendly and helpful I felt the support the whole time . The trainers push you to do your best and are very encouraging they are great! My whole experience at the camp has absolutely great!

Only 1 week down of this 6 week challenge and I'm already starting to feel like my old self again, after having a baby a few months ago. I moved here from the bay area 4 years ago and have tried other local gyms but always felt lost. At The Camp I feel excited to get up at 4am to make it to the 5am class! The instructors and people are amazing, they motivate and encourage you to keep pushing when you don't feel you can do it. Highly recommend it for anyone who's ready to make a change!

First time taking the 6 weeks challenge. I’m on week 4 and so far so good. The front office is great, the coaches are awesome. The vibe, people you meet here are wholesome. You will not regret trying them out. The best way to lose 20lbs! Try the free day workout and see for yourself. Highly recommended. Let’s go guys!!!!

I'm doing the 20lb 6 week challenge and am LOVING the workouts. Super fun, always different and exactly to my difficulty level. I love that they give you options to go harder or to level down if you need to. I've already lost weight and the diet is doable. It's hard and you have to put the effort in but if you do-you see results!
