I estimate the line when I when I came in to be 10-12 in front of me. Not so bad and I prepared to be patient. I noted the 4 people working behind the counter were all busy with multiple tasks. All the sudden I was next up. The person I had help me was friendly and thorough. Pleasantly surprised store management had the full complement of employees to handle the volume. Doesn’t seem t be the case most often.

They charge $2 for one strip of tape to close the box. $1 would be sufficient even though still a lot.

I come here often and staff is amazing. Came today to drop off a package and William had a bad attitude with everyone. Yelling at a child and cussing under his breath. He definitely was in a bad mood and the line was very long. I understand it can be hectic sometimes but to act in such a manner, I couldn't believe it.

Returned an amazon item. Did not seal the item so staff could verify the correct item was in the box. Had to pay $4 for two boxes to be sealed. Shocked by the greed at this UPS location.
