Came in today to deposit my tax refund check & was treated like some sort of criminal. They would not deposit it (even though the check was signed by my husband & I). Very embarrassing. I ended up leaving & taking the check to Navy Federal credit Union where it was deposited without question. Imagine that my own money got deposited into my account.

I am a new person with this bank, they bought out Union Bank. So far I have been able to have a good experience. The people there were friendly to me. I hope this type of service continues like this.

I would give them a zero if I could, it's been 3 weeks since I've went in and opened up a bank account and they still haven't managed to get it right . I cant deposit anything nor use my card they issued 3 times already . So damn unprofessional Nd annoying knowing I only have 3 days off to get stuff handled... and you guys fail me every time.

The worst location ever. Slow slow slow every time I come to this branch it's a 45 min wait 1 or 2 teller's and one guy playing on the computer instead of helping people waiting poor customer service

If I could leave a worse rating I would, at my bank options are provided for low check amounts being cashed from non customers. All this manager came do is say no, did not look up images or history. She answered no without providing options on items that were no risk. As a manager myself I don't look at black and white, that's what my team members get paid for, I look at scenarios and liability, there is zero liability from a customer that does their shopping there three times a week and providing all information. So glad my bank teaches me to go above and beyond expectations. Oh and she never called to try and have them verified with maker either, no line either so it's not like she was under time pressure. Next time I similar scenario happens to you I hope you come to my branch, not so I could decline you but so I could go above and beyond to resolve your issue.

We have had issue after issue with this branch the manager Kim made a mistake yesterday that impacted multiple customers including myself the lack of care or concern for our accounts time money is unacceptable 😡 horrible place don't waste to your time attempting to bank here

I went to pull some of MY MONEY after calling the 800 number to make sure there was not a problem. As the teller was serving me a different teller Mark Almonte, began interfering in the transaction. He threatened me and my husband. After 20 years, I am terrified and worried to continue banking with US Bank.

Went in to deposit a check from our homeowners insurance that we received from water damage. After waiting about 10 min. the teller told us they couldn't deposit it because it was endorsed by another federal institution which was completely not true. After a big hassle we took it to another branch and they accepted it immediately. They need to train their tellers better. To add insult to injury they let a person cut in front of us in line and the teller knew it but didn't bother to tell the people and proceeded to help them instead of us
