On top of all that, he gave me $5 off because my dad was in the military. It was only a 5 minute encounter but their positive energy and amazing customer service made my whole night! “Id like to add if you ever get a bad "pod" or other item please contact the manufacturer. They will exchange it. The store doesnt have a way to replace or exchange or even validate broken items after they leave the store. You can also try the item when you're in the store. This helps too :)”
