The moment me and my wife walked in the girls were April and April were by far the best. Very welcoming and made us feel like at home...they were very helpful and and gave the best customer service I have seen in a very long time. Even the new girl named april.on her 2 day was Excellent. Answered all our questions abs gave us more info. It was by far the best I have seen at a phone store and they both should be recognize for there great work. Thanks to them we walked out with new Info on my things and a new phone. Great job and keep up the great work

This is the worst experience I ever had at a Verizon store, the customer service is horrible and are not accurate with the information there share with you, I ordered an IPhone 15 Pro Max they said it was in the store, came in the next day to be told it was sent back WOW!

I had gone in because my son froze my screen on a kids app. I was unable to use my phone but was able to use the app. Sophie went above and beyond to get my phone fixed . She escalated my situation with tech support and was super kind. My son was losing his mind in the store and she was so calm and made sure I left that store with a working phone. Nothing was working. But Sophie was able to restart my phone. I will forever be grateful for her. If her boss sees this. SOPHIE NEEDS A RAISE AND PAID VACATION DAYS ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Wish I could give them ZERO stars! This place is the worst. Went in to switch out a SIM card (the old one went bad) and the employee there decided to make unauthorized changes to our account and plan. We spent 2 hours on the phone with Verizon the following day after we received emails that changes had been made.We're no longer able to get back into our old plan (we were grandfathered in) but thanks to some employee here, they removed us from our old plan. Now our bill went up $70.Worst CUSTOMER Service. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION.

I bought a iPhone 13 and it took about 3 weeks to come in, by the time it came the price of the phone dropped. The awesome Verizon team took 45min to get me the cheaper price even though I agreed to the more expensive price.

We’ll just left the store after going in to inquire about iPhone upgrade. Toneya was the only worker in the store and well I guess stores no longer are selling stuff there just there to be there. Toneya didn’t ask me my name, why I was looking to upgrade, he didn’t offer me anything by way of sale promotions or offers, didn’t offer to pull up my acct and look up my upgrade eligibility….NOTHING. Just sat there. Every question I asked he didn’t know. Except that I could go to apple cause that’s where they get their information from. Lol. Felt like I was in Bazaro world. Wow. This is what companies pay for now a days huh. Pathetic service at its finest.
