“I only have good experiences here! (Cant say the same for my cat cause she hates people and going out lol) Everytime I call, the ladies are so sweet! The techs are also very nice, but I especially want to thank Dr. Erin who is always so gentle and compassionate towards my grumpy cat! I'm sure there's so many patients, but she always remembers my Olivia! My cat has epilepsy and ataxia and even though its been rough for Olivia, I'm glad that through her tough times, Dr. Erin has helped us with her best judgement and expertise considering Olivia's special case! “I went into the new facility about 13 years ago just to see what a new animal shelter looked like then outside in the kennels I noticed a small terrier dancing around on her hind legs as if to say pick me pick me be my human. I had no intention of adopting a dog but she was adorable. I came back the next day and she was still there continuing her dance for me. This went on for a week and then I got her out of the kennel and into a large getting to know you area where she could walk around and I could see how she behaved with me. Longer story shortened she's been a joy for 13 years now my constant companion love my Lady Lou to infinity and beyond The staff here is super nice The clinic is very reasonable when shots are needed If you want to see the Ritz Carlton of animal shelters take a tour and you might just see a pet that loves you”
