There's probably not a store with policies that I hate more than Walmart. You lock up the entire cosmetic shampoos and conditioners Q-tips. Everything has to be boxed right and then you get to self check out and then I'm told that I can't go down I can't use a certain station because my heart is too big and it would be in the way there is nobody here at 7 o'clock in the morning. What does it matter?

How is it possible, that a store pretending to be a grocery store, not only runs out of half and half, but is out of half and half for months? Oh how I wish there was a Winco Foods near me.

The worst Walmart I have ever been in and the employees are all rude and disrespectful I don't know what type of problem they have with me and my husband but we get harassed every time and spend a lot of money actually way to much money to be treated like this every time we come in! This last time I was completely shocked how the chick talked shit on us loud and clear.( I just got the Walmart + subscription so they have a scan as u go then when u get to the register and u don't have to scan all the items cause it's already done and I had it all organized so that if they wanted to check that I didn't skip anything it would be easy I had shirts in one nice pile and grocery items together I had around 200.00 in Pokémon cards all together anyways my total was around almost $600.00 anyways I get up to the self check out because all the lines were so long wrapping around the clothes sections it was crazy so I figured self check out would go quick so standing in line just watching people waiting and their were people using the app and I told my husband see those people did it and it was way faster so he was like oh that's pretty cool so it's our turn and I greet the people working hi is this register avail even tho it was open I always ask so they know I'm their idk it's just common respect. Anyways she looked at me then pressed her walkie and said something in her walkie talkie it was on her shirt so she had her head slightly down I was ok then don't answer me tht was rude but ok (I didn't say it out loud but that's what I was thinking) so we get up and we choose scan and pay checkout scan barcode so I scan it and she come up with another person all up on us and says do u need help I said no I think I got it I did scan and go thru my membership she was like oh and stood their to watch me like I was going to rob the store or something like wow so I choose my payment method and I saw I still had like 25 on a gift card so I figured I would use that 25 and pay the rest on another card so I chose gift card first scan it and it zero out the gift card. Then it says balance owed but it's locked so I said well can u help cause I want to pay the rest with my debit card she was like no this machine isn't working anymore let me transfer u to the register over here so I'm like ok that's weird but ok so I follow her to the next register and she goes I need u to ring them up she says cause I don't think they can afford to pay for all of this and u know so I said I heard u and yes I can pay for it that's why I used the app to stay within my budget cause sometimes I'll be spending 800 and that easy to do their and I said and idk what u did but that other register took my 25 off my gift card and it hasn't shown back up and as I look and point their is another customer at that same one she kicked me off scanning items I said that was rude what did I do for u to think that I can't buy my items how can u judge someone so quick I said is it cause my husband has tattoos? She was dirty looking me with her hand on her hip not saying a word! I said cause surprisingly my husband makes 65.00 a hour and is a heavy equipment operator and we have no problem paying for our items then she said well the 15 should go back on your card I said I hope so she said well it's only 25 and I said yea but it's still 25.00 and it's mine. So the new register lady was like can u put all ur items up here so I can scan them and I was like r u serious I have it all on my app she said yea but we can't do it like tht I have to re scan them all I was like ok but look at my total I showed her I said watch it's going to come out to the same number and if it doesn't I'll tip u 100.00 so she rung it all up and to her surprise it was actually less then when I did it cause I guess I scanned a extra pack of boxers or the same pack but 2x so in the end I wa like thank u I would of never known if u didn't ring me up so thank u and no word from her so

I hate this Walmart . Anything you buy from the beauty section like hair brushes, shampoo, body wash , even $2 tooth paste has to be put in a locked plastic box before you can leave the section . The employees are extremely rude and when you need help you can't ever find anyone to help . When you do find help they don't know anything . Not to mention I was shopping for over an hour got all my stuff went to check out come to find out they don't take Apple Pay and that's the only form of payment I had . So I had to leave my stuff . Like who doesn't take Apple Pay these days . The store is always a mess and nothing ever has prices . Walmart you're going down hill . I hate that I have to give a star rating . They don't even deserve that

I don't think the Walmart employees actually work there, I asked four Walmart employees if they knew where the HDMI cords were and none of them could answer my question, we were in the electronics section and they said they didn't work there. Also this place always says they have stuff and when you go it's out of stock and the employees are too lazy to grab it from the back for you. It's Just a bunch of old ladies working here :D

The manager at Central in Lake Elsinore is rude rude rude I went to exchange a motorcycle batt. That I just purchased and is no good tested it several times so did they it's bad so I asked to exchange it. They had no idea what they are doing it took them 50 minutes and the rude a++ manager to figure it out then tell me I owe the 13 dollars for the core I already gave them my core she insisted on the 13 dollars I told her you have my core your product is not good I shouldn't have to pay you a core when you took my core for this bad batt. Poor serviceAny advice?

This Walmart was convenient to I-15 when we were heading home from Riverside County. We needed some pet supplies for a visiting dog, and they were easy to find. This is a very large Walmart with well-stocked shelves and helpful associates.

I was in the area working so I decided to stop in to grab some quick items for dinner before heading back to Murrieta. I got my items and I was near the check stand area but still kind of looking casually at the clothes when a clerk waived me over so I thought to myself might as well check out so I went over. Everything seemed to be ok but I was a little surprised by how much I had spent on a hotdog dinner. The next day I was about to throw the receipt out when I realized that I had been charged over $12 for peppers when I didn't make any produce purchase. I called the store to try to rectify the situation but they said I would have to come back to the store then wait at customer service then wait for them to research the footage to get my money back. I asked them if they could at least begin the research portion so that if I drove all the way back there I'd have assurance I'd get my money back but they told me they can't begin the research without the receipt physically present in the store. The gas alone would be half of what they overcharged me so it's not worth per suing without any assurance. Looking back, I almost feel like the clerk stole from me because I find it highly suspicious the way that she waved me over, and the fact that the peppers were the first thing on the receipt so it was inputted prior to me walking over. Definitely won't be returning to this store to shop and hope you all beware!

I worked here for 3 months and wanted to kill myself. Management needs to get their s*** together and act like adults instead of petty children. And this is coming from a 19 year old. They do not care about employees health or well being at all. You get yelled at for something as small as using the restroom. They will still make you come in even if you let them know you've been having fevers and throwing up for more than 2 days in a row. THEY DO NOT CARE. Also, I displaced and bruised my tailbone AT WORK from a slip and fall and went on leave of absence. NOBODY helped me with my case and just expected me to know what to do which in turn I got yelled at for not knowing what to do in that situation. Yes they sent me to the doctors and I got taken care of but oh just you wait..... I came back when my LOA ended and let all my managers and supervisors know that I wasn't allowed to do certain things and was on limited work yet BY DOCTORS ORDER for complete recovery.... Yeah they threw that out the window and ignored that. And when I refused to do something or told them I couldn't due to needing to recover completely..... you guessed it I got yelled at. So the question comes of... did I completely heal and recover???? NOPE!!!!! My tailbone is still bruised and displaced slightly and it's still hard for me to get up and down and walk a ton and on my days off after being worked like a literal slave (for 15$ an hour by the way) I have to use my cane that was given to me by the doctor to get around and do household things or run errands. If I could give a NEGATIVE 10 stars.... I would.

Other than no phone service a young employee named Jason was very helpful last night when i needed something from the back he literally stopped what he was doin to grab two lactaid milks for my son definitely shopping here thank u again Jason

Arlyyn in the beauty department slays. She was the nicest associate I've ever come across at this store. She needs a raise! So helpful and patient with the craziness going on around her. Period arlyyn.

We needed to buy work pants and this was the only location that had the pants we needed. So apparently dickies are now held under lock and key and when you ring for assistance so somebody can open the cabinet for you, you better have time to waste. We literally waited 30 minutes for somebody to come and once somebody actually shows up, they don't even let you hold the items. We were told that they would be up front. I at that point just wanted to make the purchase and leave the store. The person was pretty rude about the whole thing too, the only reason they are able to get the star is because yelp won't allow a zero star score. I hate giving my money to Walmart, with this experience, they continue to motivate me to spend my money elsewhere. Great job walmart!

Last night I went in and I was trying to get an item I couldn't reach so I ask an employee by the name of Deseray sorry I am not sure if I am spelling her name right but she was awesome she had such a positive attitude and cheerful she made me feel very welcomed. She was working in another isle and immediately stopped what she was doing to help me. I think Walmart should recognize these employees and I hope she gets promoted soon she is definitely an example of how an employee should treat a customer. Definitely going back. Thank you from one very happy customer

I keep hoping this store will get their act together but of course, they still haven't. Talk about slow checkers and no one will help you if you ask a clerk where something is. If they are not working in that department you are asking about they say "I don't work in that department" and walk away. The other day I went there about 8:00 p.m and got to the check stand and had to wait over 25 minutes in line because the checker was about to fall a sleep and she was so slow. before going to the check stand, I had to ask someone to unlock the battery case so I could get some AA & AAA and they gave them to me. Usually if something is locked up, the clerk will bring it to a check stand. Come on Wally world, get yourself organized and get more checkers on the registers when it is busy. people shouldn't have to wait over 25 minutes in line period.
