this store and it's customer service is by far the worst I seen in this whole county.on a Friday night they have barely working anyone in the store ! For that it is a holiday weekend! 2 ppl working produce literally nobody has a key to the liquor department ! nobody in the clothing department 2 ppl on the register !like seriously????the blonde with the long ponytail and facial tattoos working customer service has an attitude from hell, how the heck does she even still work here???As a customer you should not have to wait 45 min to be served in any of the Walmart departments!Y'all need to get your shit together.

I was in the area working so I decided to stop in to grab some quick items for dinner before heading back to Murrieta. I got my items and I was near the check stand area but still kind of looking casually at the clothes when a clerk waived me over so I thought to myself might as well check out so I went over. Everything seemed to be ok but I was a little surprised by how much I had spent on a hotdog dinner. The next day I was about to throw the receipt out when I realized that I had been charged over $12 for peppers when I didn't make any produce purchase. I called the store to try to rectify the situation but they said I would have to come back to the store then wait at customer service then wait for them to research the footage to get my money back. I asked them if they could at least begin the research portion so that if I drove all the way back there I'd have assurance I'd get my money back but they told me they can't begin the research without the receipt physically present in the store. The gas alone would be half of what they overcharged me so it's not worth per suing without any assurance. Looking back, I almost feel like the clerk stole from me because I find it highly suspicious the way that she waved me over, and the fact that the peppers were the first thing on the receipt so it was inputted prior to me walking over. Definitely won't be returning to this store to shop and hope you all beware!

i frequently go to walmart and take my service dog with me. i'm a dog trainer so she is self trained by me. we've put tons of work into training and i'm so proud of how well behaved she is. today when i was at lake elsinore walmart i was grabbing a few things in the beauty dept when i heard a maniac little dog bark and growl and go crazy because it had obviously seen my dog. i couldn't tell right away where it was but then i saw it: a black and white fluffy small breed dog in a stroller. basically ripping it apart to get to my dog, who didn't bark once (because on duty service dogs can't bark) but let out a few small whines as she seemed concerned and confused why a potential doggy friend was being so rude to her. i created space between us while i quickly grabbed the few small things i needed but unfortunately had to pass by again while they were checking out at the register in the beauty dept. this lady didn't even seem bothered at all that her dog was trying to aggressively attack my dog through the stroller and everyone was staring at her, almost like this happens all the time and she doesn't care one bit. thankfully my dog was able to gather herself and continue to be a good well behaved girl in such a stressful situation. as i went down a random empty aisle to get away from them, she safely performed one of her tasks and helped me with my spiked heart rate and increased anxiety. once i was able to continue on, i used the self check out while my head was on a swivel looking out for this horrendous owner and unsocialized dog, in fear they would come up to us again. after my receipt was checked at the door i wanted to speak with a manager, to do nothing but but calmly express my concerns. i eventually was able to speak with the manager of the beauty dept, Dominique. after hearing from her that the employee who was present while this fiasco happened had already let her know what went down, i was glad that management was aware of the situation before i even spoke to anyone about it. i began to explain my side of the story, while Dominique politely listened and understood. as soon as i had said that the small dog was obviously not any kind of service dog as it was riding in a stroller, she made a very subtle "i'm done with people" face and seemed to have a whole new perspective on this lady and the position i was in. all i wanted to do was bring this to her attention, i wasn't blaming anyone but this deranged lady. my whole point was that my service dog helps me with my disability and needs to be focused on me at all times when she's on duty. people bringing in their pet dogs who bark at other dogs distract my trained service dog from focusing on me and therefor are a threat to my health. people nowadays are so pretentious and righteous that they straight up don't follow the rules that we're set in place for a reason. again, im a dog trainer so i love that people want to do things with their dog outside of the home. but there's a time and place and walmart is not it. they still have to be well behaved and making a scene whenever they see another dog is not well behaved. i hope that lady learns something from today but regardless, i appreciate Dominique's understanding of the situation and the time she took to speak with me.

ATTENTION! Please be very careful when purchasing Enfamil Baby Formula from this Walmart. I ordered 5 bottles on March 28, for my newborn, when I opened the formula it smelled very strange so I checked the expiration date and to my huge surprise, the formula expired on April 1, 2023. THREE DAYS before I bought it. Very disappointed.

It is really pitiful that this store's shelves are always empty. This store is approximately 3.7 miles from my house and anytime I come in the store the shelves are always empty that is totally ridiculous that I cannot shop at my neighborhood Super- Walmart because they never have anything. I have to drive clear across town to go shopping at Walmart that has a decent amount of supplies for people to purchase necessities.Whoever is running your website needs to do a better job of keeping the website updated with where to find merchandise also with Walmart being one of the most popular department stores out there, you all need to do better by keeping your shelves stocked. It really makes no sense that these shelves in this store are empty like they are. I'll just find another store to shop at.

I keep hoping this store will get their act together but of course, they still haven't. Talk about slow checkers and no one will help you if you ask a clerk where something is. If they are not working in that department you are asking about they say "I don't work in that department" and walk away. The other day I went there about 8:00 p.m and got to the check stand and had to wait over 25 minutes in line because the checker was about to fall a sleep and she was so slow. before going to the check stand, I had to ask someone to unlock the battery case so I could get some AA & AAA and they gave them to me. Usually if something is locked up, the clerk will bring it to a check stand. Come on Wally world, get yourself organized and get more checkers on the registers when it is busy. people shouldn't have to wait over 25 minutes in line period.

Map is very outdated. I was looking for the Auto Care Center on the map, and according to Google it was there. I DROVE THERE AND IT WASN'T THERE. They don't have one. What a waste of my time. STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE.

This place is a dumpster fire with dumpster fire customer service! I will make it a point to go across the street to target rather than shop here again. First of all this store is a mess, it was a mess when it was on grape St and it is a mess now that they moved to Central Ave. I came in to purchase a pack of Arlo wireless security cameras, at the store they have this item priced at $335, on the Walmart app exact same item is $290 and they wouldn't match their own online price at the store. May I add that the associate was extremely unapologetic and gave zero concerns. No worries Best Buy has the same item for the same price, you just lost a sale and a customer.

I was shopping for groceries here but this place is sooooo dulllll. I decided to start singing to pass the time. While I was in the middle of my grand performance, several workers told me to "shut my ugly mouth." I grabbed a handful of eggs from my basket and started chucking them at the employees. They then told me to "stop being such a Karen." One of the rude workers started verbally mocking my singing to which i smartly responded with "I met Beyonce once and she said i was a pretty good singer!" (which is true). I resumed my shopping without singing but one worker told me I "look like if a rat and a wrinkled turtle had a baby that was old." I cannot believe the customer service. I will not be coming back.
