Love this 711 new people took over and they are all so nice. Store looks cleaner and I don't have to ask for a receipt for being overcharged continuously like before. Chris is super helpful, professional, and kind. Keep up the good work team 711 Lake Forest! The regulars in the area notice all the good changes and hard work.

Look at that soup can from the 1980s. It's been there for at least a year no one has bought it, and 7-11 won't take it off the shelf. It cracks me up every time I go there. (Edit: to clarify, it's NOT supposed to be pink, that is color distortion from being in the sun for too long. It's crazy why that is still there after a year, and front and center for all to see how lazy these 7-11 workers are. For shame.)

I am very angry, the man who works on Saturday night in this store, the only thing he does is steal money from customers. I charge an empty glass of coffee 2.65 and 10 cents for a bag that I did not ask for. I have come to this store several times and this man is looking for a way to steal money from the customer by charging more things. I would like the owner to contact me because this is not right. I have photos of the things that I wanted to charge others. CUSTOMERS BE CAREFUL WHEN YOU ENTER THIS STORE BECAUSE THE CASHIER STEALS YOU.

It's your local convenient store that has everything you would need. Whether it's a snack, some medicine or a full on meal you'll find pretty much what you need here. Usually stocked and the service is what you expect from a convenience store.I give this a 7-Eleven out of 10

I walked in and said hello how are you to the clerk and he looked at me and turned away and did not respond. There were buckets in the middle of the floor to catch water from the rain and there wasn't even any caution signs. When I get to the register I asked him for a bag and cash back and everything I said to him he just ignored me. Rude!

BUYERS BEWARE!!! This has been my neighborhood 7-11 for 15+ years its a revolving door always new cashiers and they ALL double charge not sure if management is in cahoots or what but this place WILL scam you.

I was refused service for no reason. Completely ignored, the guy barely spoke any English and flatly refused to get my order, bypassed me to help other customers and then ignored me like I wasn't there. He claimed to be the supervisor. All I wanted was a pizza, I was refused service. He was also rude and disrespectful and had headphones in, clearly didn't want to be there and should be immediately dismissed. I would never use this 7-11 with current staff. The building was also messy and unkempt, again due to probably staff slacking off and not caring.

I came to this specific 7-Eleven just to grab a bag of chips and some snacks for family while I tap my card for my transaction the cashier notified me that I didn't have enough for the chips. I did, I checked my balance and I had enough for my snacks so then I tried a second time to purchase and my card was declined. I checked my account again to find out that this cashier still took money from my account and proceeded to tell me that I can't leave with my bag of chips. I then asked for a refund. the cashier's English was very hard to understand (fluent just hard to understand) and he was no help whatsoever all he did was repeat the same thing, automated almost, like if it was a script. That customer service feels like a drive through rather than service at all. I leave only to find out from my wife in the car that he proceeded to laugh cowardly while I left. I guess robbery is funny from the thief's perspective. Thanks for nothing 7-11. Still love your ICEE's though.
