Same great prices as Berri Brothers, with added perk of using your fuel points from Ralph's!!

Prices are usually pretty competitive. I'm told they can be even better if you are a Ralph's Rewards member (I'm not a member, so I can't speak from practical experience). One downside is that you can't buy gas after 10:00 pm. The station is lit up as if it is open. But it is unstaffed and if you try to use a credit card in the pump it says "Store is closed".Sign on Cashier window says "Hours of Operation 5:30 am to 10:00 pm". Again, I can't speak about the opening time from practical experience. :-)

Cheap gas prices. My car doesn't run as well as competitors fuel. Otherwise I would give 5 stars.

Gas prices were on the lower side when they were at $6+. Can get reduced prices with ralphs points. Small convenience store that has good snacks. Only go there early morning and staff is always nice.

Get a Smiths Mastercard and the first year you get .55 cents off every gallon, you just have to have 10p Ralph's points on hand. So yiu get .65, no joke. It works nice right at the pump.

Use my Ralph rewards point so it's pretty good you know mostly get 50 to 70 cents off each fill up you know so let me know so yeah I try to make that last a long time cause I'm retired. Clear all I do is go to friends houses go to the store and go to the VVA and mother doctors that's about it.

They have the best prices in town. Just make sure to pay inside the store as others have reported that the payment machines at the pump are rigged by sleezy thieves.

Whoever that rude broad was that answered the phone at 1:39 on Friday, September 30, 2022 gave me the reason to not go there and not to try to add up shopping in Ralph’s!I asked how much the gas price for registration was and she said no you have to come in sorry then hung right up on me.Thank God for Aldi where I get the best deals.

The prices shown on the shelf are not the same as Cash Register. The past 3 times, I wanted to purchase an item that was on sell for $14.99 (Original Price $18.99). When it was scanned, it was $21.99. (Yes, I entered in my Ralphs Card#) The cashier did not want to honor the posted sale price, nor the listed price. I went back 2 separate times, a week later, and same issue. The second time, this same issue was happening to the gentleman in front of me. Three times now?.. shame on me.

I was pumping gas today and the automatic shut off on the nozzle didn’t work. It sprayed all over me like a shower until I pulled the nozzle out of the tank! It continued to spill for a little bit before I could replace the nozzle back in the pump. And my gas tank had overflowed. Someone went inside to get help for me as I was soaked in gasoline. The guy that came out to help was not helpful, not apologetic, and basically told me it was user error. He did not take the pump out of service or offer to help me in any way other than giving me paper towels after I asked him for them. I called my husband on the way home. He went to talk to the attendant. Someone was currently using the defective pump with the broken shut off valve. The attendant didn’t offer much assistance but finally put an out of order cover on the nozzle.

We've been Ralph's shoppers for a long time and build up lots of points to apply to discounts on gas purchases. No need to mention that any gas purchase discount has value with gas prices as they are currently. For convenience, we've been redeeming the discount points st a Shell station not far from home, but since the posted price at the Ralph's station was significantly lower, decided to give it a try. First visit, no problem, got the maximum value of the accumulated points on top of the lower pump price - all good. Second visit, the pump would not read the Ralph's card as it had the first time, and the attendant was no help. No discount, but good pump price and redeemed the points at Shell to fill our other vehicle. Tried Ralph's station again this week and again the card was not accepted and the membership number entry option did not work. Moved on to Shell again to take advantage of the points but had to pay a higher pump price. Very disappointing experience with the station, hope everyone else has better results. Can't recommend them based on our experience and the lack of assistance available.

This gas station is in the same plaza as the Grocery Outlet on the side with the Del Taco. But there is no Ralph's in the same plaza, and that's assuming the brand is the same as the supermarket. The pump asked if I had a rewards number. I put the number in but I don't think I got anything out of it. It is slightly less expensive than the Shell and Mobil down the street, so I filled the entire tank up, or at least what was empty. The pumps say they can reach to the other side but there were so few people here that I didn't have to do that.

Competitive prices and easy to enter/exit pump stations and parking lot which I find sometimes seems to be an issue at other gas stations!
