Shout out to Myra the manager at this location for her promptness and customer service.
There were other managers walking around the store that literally made eye contact with me but would not even come up to me and inquire about why I was standing there.
Store location needs to recognize her attributes and skills when it comes to people.
Thank you, Myra for being the only one to come up and help me!

Albertsons gets a 2-star rating from me due to their consistently high prices. While the store is clean, the cost of groceries and fresh salads here is significantly higher (double or triple times) than other local options. It's hard to justify shopping at Albertsons when you can find similar products for much less elsewhere.

This is the worst Albertsons I've ever be to. The only reason I go there is because its less than a mile from my house but I regret it every time. I should have known better. Thinking this store would get better the next time I go in is pure stupidity on my part. If you go to this Albertsons beware for over charges. If you don't pay close attention they will overcharge you a couple dollars every time. there are a handful of good employees there but most are not. Me and another customer asked an employee if they had anymore of an item. He quickly said no which caught me by surprise because most employees at other stores would go check. I decided to do my own detective work and walked back into the warehouse and found a couple cases of what I was looking for and carried it out to the store and put it in front of the shelf. I saw the other customer told him and he told me thanks and said you should work here because you know more about this store than the employees. The deli department is another sad story. They won't help you unless you stand there for 10 minutes. They make eye contact with you but just walk away then they'll say I'll be right with you and walk to the back and talk on their phone. I know because I could see them making the call. I think that's bad but that's my opinion. I try to go to the one in Mission Viejo or the Pavilions which are far better stores. I've also was told by employees that the Lake Forest store is the worst and that employee still works at Albertsons but at a different store. He said he should know because he use to work at the Lake Forest store.

I just ordered 2 bottles of Tullymoor Dew for $36 via Door Dash. They were to be gifts. When the driver arrived. He had 2 Jamesons for $86.53. I refused them because they were not what I ordered. He took them back. Abertson's says I am not getting a refund. I have nothing from Albertsons and they have $86.53 of my money. HOW IS THIS OKAY?

Average grocery store, decor is a little dated but well stocked, parking is good, the entire complex is dated, cashier was friendly.
