Avoid this store at all costs... take a few minutes detour and drive to the laguna niguel store instead!
we came in here(el toro) to replace an a sim card on an iPhone that was having calls dropped and perhaps the sales rep was upset that we opted to replace a Sim card instead of replacing the Iphone.... long story short we found out weeks later that the Sim card he replaced was extremely outdated as we still had issues with the phone (we made an appointment with the apple store and their genius figured it out).
It really seems the sales rep (a younger looking Hispanic guy that looked like he was still in highschool) purposely used an 'expired' Sim on purpose as he was visibly annoyed we chose not to buy a new phone from him.... at least I want to hope that's the case being a singled out situation and hope AT&T isn't using expired/outdated Sim cards in general for their customers???

Jasmine went above and beyond in customer service. She was able to break everything down so I was able to innerstand it. I walked out with a new case magnet, better monthly phone plan and my new phone is amazing. She deserves a raise ??

This place does not know what they are doing. I picked up a phone I ordered online. The rep who would not tell me his name or even wear a name badge. Told me after I asked how to transfer my number over to the new phone and get it activated. Told me it will do it when you start up the new phone. WRONG! as I was leave it was already in process. I got to my car to make a call. My old phone said emergency calls only. Can not make calls. I went back in and had to wait since no one was available. The rep that helped me came over. Asked what do you want? Me: my phone is dead. It already transferred to my new phone. Rep: that not my fault! That pissed me off. If he was going to be rude, i was too. I rudely said well fix this and transfer everything. You should have told me this was going to happen so I could set everything up and start transferring. Not Told me it was going to do it when the new phone turned on.
Be warned this store does not know customer service all this could of been avoid by knowing your job and saying I am so sorry let get your phone set up. Not tell me it's not his fault.

Extremely poor management poor services in Lake Forest (El-Toro) store, really rude staff without a minimum knowledge about iPhones promotions, totally hick, incapable and witless salesmen.
After being almost 30 years costumer of ATT (from the time of Pac-bell) I’m considering to change my phone career. Anyhow better not waste time in this location with their stupid stuff. ??

Att is one who of the worst telecoms companies in the country, poor management poor services specially in stores really rude staff you don’t see or feel that they are willing to the extra mile to service you specially the company stores such as Newport Beach 17 st location and eltoro Laguna Hills location don’t count on getting your money from these people

No one at the store recommended that I call 611.
I contacted 611 and they fixed my problem I less than 20min. Sorry..you guys failed.
