After being a Samsung customer for years I was pleasantly impressed with Christopher at the Foothill store. He was friendly, helpful, patient and knowledgeable. I am very happy I made the decision to switch carriers and phones.

I applied an home internet here. It comes with a hometech protection without my consent and kept post on my bill. Itās very unreasonable and no way to add extra charge to customerās account without consent. Be very careful if you purchase here. Very not honest.

I've had some bad experiences in the recent past with in store AT&T customer service. iāve noticed a steady decline in the last few years and I had even considered switching carriers because I was so unhappy. Those experiences were really disappointing since I've been an AT&T customer for nearly 30 years.
But the customer service I received from Noah when I visited this store was spectacular! He was patient and knowledgeable, very clear and informative, and made me comfortable with upgrading my phone with AT&T and extending my contract.
Thank you, Noah for the five star experience! I definitely recommend the store!

Great service! The team at this store is very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. They do not use pressure when you are buying, they take time to explain everything when you have an issue. I highly recommend this store!.

My daughter and I went to get new phones at the ATT store in Foothill Ranch. Luis, the manager and Carlos helped us from start to finish. They were incredibly knowledgeable and took care of everything quickly. We both felt very confident in their ability to take care of transferring all the information from our old phones to the new phones.
Itās a great place to go if youāre looking to replace an old phone. They are super friendly and helpful!!

I love the pleasure and the personality of Hazael is very gentle. I liked how he communicated with me and how he attended to us, he is sociable and answered each of my questions, especially regarding the special Samsung Android cell phones.

Absolute trash service! Every single time I go (more than 5 times) there is no one in the store and the only employee (who is always playing on their phone) refuses to help and tells me that I need to call customer service. I have been to other stores and they have always been helpful (Woodbury is awesome!) I live nearby so I go this store out of convenience but I always end up mad and upset with myself for giving it another chance.

HAZZI knows EVERYTHING to do with phones. He has an excellent customer communication and is kind , patient, and thorough. I just bought a Samsung 6 watch and Galazy5 flip phone for my darling wife. He helped easy my wife's anxiety. THANK YOU.

Get ready to waste your time and enjoy a good screwing...Charged TWICE! And no one can help me. Luis at AT&T store Foothill Ranch is more interested in leaving work early. I spoke to him and informed him I was one my way to get a $953.66 reversed because he charged me twice!!! He left early...no one there to help a loyal customer for nearly 40 years . MORE WASTED TIME!!!Make the switch...maybe MINT Wireless?!!!
