Get ready to waste your time and enjoy a good screwing...Charged TWICE! And no one can help me. Luis at AT&T store Foothill Ranch is more interested in leaving work early. I spoke to him and informed him I was one my way to get a $953.66 reversed because he charged me twice!!! He left early...no one there to help a loyal customer for nearly 40 years . MORE WASTED TIME!!!Make the switch...maybe MINT Wireless?!!!

The worst service out there. Most incompetent staff you can come across. They messed up with my trade in, swap numbers, lied and mislead, hung up or did not pick up the phone at all. Complete disregard of my business of 5 lines and 5 active devices! Everyone here must be fired immediately. They have wasted hours of my time and energy, with back and forth due to lack of knowledge and professionalism. Not going there ever again. Waste of time and money. The worst part they would not agree to their mistakes that were confirmed by 611!

Rudest, unhelpful employee. I needed help setting up my phone, they don't do that, go to Best Buy or Geek squad. My husband's phone didn't ring, same thing. I couldn't believe the attitude. My husband ended up on the phone with Belle who was excellent and she finally got the phone to ring. My brand-new phone is still not set up.

I would give this store and the sales guy who was "Supposed to help me" 0 stars if I could. Awful experience! I told the sales guy that I wanted the IPhone 13 pro max 512GB. He said they did not have it in the store but he could get it shipped to me in 1-2 days. I said that was fine that I needed it by end of the week. He then changed my plan because my plan was "no longer available." We got to the point where he was supposed to order the phone and he then told me that the soonest he could get it for me was August 29th or 30th. I told him that would not work. He then tried to bait and switch me to the 256gb. I told him I did not want that one. I asked him to change back my plan and he said he could not do that. I said you should not have told me you could get it for me in 1-2 days before switching my plan. He said he didn't know until he checked the inventory. I said you told me 1-2 days. I don't believe he didn't know he couldn't get it for me in that time. I called AT&T and they said they are backed up on this one. He should have known. He kept looking at my husband... to try to get his buy in. Sexist! I have been a customer for AT&T for 25 years. I am now moving to Verizon. AT&T should not have this store as an authorized dealer!

Had to get a new phone (which is something I always dread). It was such a painless experience. They were so helpful and accommodating. If you're in the market for a new phone, I suggest the FHR location.

I never seen this kind of store.They are liars and do not keep their promises. So I still haven't received more than $1000.If you want to sign a contract with Att, you will have to go to another store.
