I had the pleasure to at attend the 6am classes. The instructors were engaging and the workouts were well planned.The hour workout had my heart pumping, especially with their focused workout program.It was a perfect way to start the day on the right foot.

Haven't been in a while so it may have changed but when I did, boy did I get in shape quick. Brilliant training plans. Small groups and mostly weight training with some cardio. Great group of people too! I would try it again.
