“While visiting a friend, I spent roughly two weeks training at Compete Sports Performance and Rehab, and I was rather impressed. I've seen many training facilities as a Division I hockey player, and this is undoubtedly one of the best ones. The trainers are skilled, pay great attention to technique, and design difficult yet meaningful workouts. The environment is friendly, competitive, and focused on assisting athletes in becoming better. Excellent equipment and everything you need to train at a high level are available at the facility. I had a great time there and would suggest Compete to any athlete who wants to improve their strength, speed, and overall performance.”

“I’ve been working out here technically since September of 2024 although it doesn’t feel like it’s been that long because I don’t tend to keep up with tracking results etc, but I definitely feel stronger. I really feel like I’ve really pushed myself. Also my discipline when it comes to fitness and strength training has definitely shot up and I rarely ever dread a workout and actually look forward to working hard and challenging myself. I would give all that credit to the environment and the personalized workouts Itzy has me doing!”
“Positives: Staff is friendly, place is clean, low crowd level, plenty of machines, no steroid kings, fees are reasonable, massage chairs and hydro tables are available, and you can choose your own music through Rockbot.
Cons: People DO NOT wipe the machines after use. GROSS! I have brought thus up to the front desk a few times and they seem uninterested in the issue.”
“Usually low crowds and has very friendly staff. Has every machine you would need for consistent lifting and very beginner friendly. Has freeweights, dumbells, smith machine, barbells, and all pulley machines. Is maintained well and never dirty.”
“Nothing bad to say about this gym except it's not my go to LAF in OC anymore. Irvine/Jamboree has been kept up better. The padding on the equipment is starting to ware apart. This is the only picture I took but I saw others.”
