Update: as you can see, they responded and confirm the fact that they don’t honor their online deals, which says the store where you can have that deal! So if you see online that it says you can get such and such when you switch don’t believe it because they’re online deals are not even real when I go online and I see this. I expect the store to honor that deal because under the deal, it states their address where you can get that deal! But no, they will blame you for not calling and confirming the deal before going in!
DO NOT HONOR ONLINE DEALS THAT SPECIFICALLY HAVE THEIR ADDRESS! Went in to switch phone companies the deal they have is switch to us and get iPhones 16 pro on us. She tried to make us pay $900 for the phone said they don’t do those deals! She was more worried about making that commission! Don’t go here!
