I took my son for some work boots. He wasn't really sure what to get. These are his 1st pair so we were trying on all kinds. Especially since they are not cheap. Everyone was very nice. I just absolutely loved Bryant personality, he was funny and extremely helpful. Usually when they ask if we need help we just say no thank you were just looking but I think he knew better since we had already been there an hr. He still continued to ask the right questions to my son without being pushy since we already said just looking and introduced him to boots he wasn't even looking at. He absolutely loved them and then we were done. From the moment we walked in with his humor and personality he felt like a friend. He's a keeper!

Found a pair of boots but waited and waited to get a hat I picked out only to find out they could not find it. I wanted to utilize my 15% off coupon to buy my boots and hat. Instead left after only buying my boots.

I loved the store and the merchandise. Some of the staff answered my questions very nicely and helped me. But some of them made a mistake and didn't say any sorry about that.

Wow! I had never been to a Boot Barn before but we will definitely be back. They have a huge selection of boots and everything . Gina helped us and she was super nice and helpful. Thank you Gina!

Too expensive...there is nothing second-rate.....one of the saleswomen is not at all pleasant to serve the public......but it is all very nice.....but they should lower it to the prices so that they sell....and do not remain stagnant......it is only a suggestion....

OMG..Ladies, if you don't own a pair of gorgeous cowgirl boots , its time for you to giddy up and add them to your wardrobe. I just purchased the blue leap western boots from Boot Barn and I absolutely love how they look on my feet. The heel height, style and color are all on point. Pair them with a cowboy hat, distressed jeans and a sexy top, you will definitely turn heads. Every fashion diva such as myself should have a pair of cowgirl boots in their closet. I will definitely buy again from Boot Barn

I was looking for a cute stylish 4th of July outfit to match my beautiful leather R/W/B boots I bought here and decided to buy a denim shirt and white shorts here. It was a perfect match and the quality is the best! I will definitely be back!

I was in yesterday to purchase a pair of work boots. I was very impressed with the selection. The store had a lot of merchandise. I do think it could have been a little better organized. I ended up returning the boots. They were Thorogood steel toe. They look great and are made in the USA, but I found a brand that has a better fit. I am giving them five stars because the service was great. I was greeted by multiple employees. I was made aware of upcoming promotions and the return was very easy. In the future, I will definitely head to this location if I end up needing any of the merchandise they sell.

I came in last night to get a pair of boots & thankfully Bryant was there to help me find the perfect pair! He was super sweet, patient, & lively ! He made the process of finding a pair of boots exciting & fun! I love my boots , THANKS BRYANT!
