Hello breathe easy has helped me be insured through national general for over five years. I contacted them yesterday to try and get a quote for a new truck I’m looking at purchasing and they had me wait for 45 minutes and then told me they had to send me to a different department where I waited for over an hour, and then the phone hangs up on me, what kind of service is this when I’m trying to get better insurance for a new truck. You would think that they would want to help you out get a higher quote for a brand new truck.
