Worst experience ever went in to trade my phone in and they canceled my old data plan and switch it to there plan and put my service on a different phone and told me I would have to wait till the next day around 12 to have sevice on my phone
The next day comes around its 12pm and still dont have sevice they all keep giving me the run around DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE the lady then tells me come into the store and it will TAKE 10 MINUTES we were stuck there for 50 minutes and still dont have a phone that work

Have had their service for a month. Very terrible service. Constant signal loss, bad connection.
They recommended an update to faster speed after blaming it on the plan. Now I pay more for the same crappy internet.
This service is horrendous. Dial up was more reliable than this. Sadly.

People a the store are very nice, but the internet and Cable services are astronomicly expensive and with obsolete repeated channels, and really bad internet signal, and when you call they'll tell you to turn off equipment and then on, but bad signal on TV and internet continues, call them again and they say it's the cable from street to your house, many years of been ripped off, got something 20 times better for a third of the price, RIP cox hopefully soon.

Greeted with a smile and hello. Needed a new remote [puppy destroyed it]
Sales rep asked my need and within seconds handed me a new remote.
