The older lady on the night shift, whose name escapes me, was truly exceptional. I encountered difficulty applying a digital coupon during checkout, but she displayed remarkable patience and assistance. She dedicated considerable time to help me, ensuring the successful application of the coupon. She deserves a five-star rating! Additionally, the senior pharmacist lady showcased professionalism and a kind-hearted approach. Her care for patients was evident, as she did an excellent job administering my flu shot.

This store location is clean and well organized. They carry a good variety of products in stock. They had a cute little table set up with sample bottles of skincare products near the makeup section last time I went in.The line for the pharmacy pickup is usually longer than average at this particular location. Some of their deals and rewards can be difficult to figure out based on the way stuff is written out in fine-print on those yellow price tags, but that's a complaint I have about all the CVS stores.

God damn, do the pharmacists at the Lake Forest CVS location have no sense of customer service. I completely understand that it's busy and the job must be stressful, so I have enough empathy to acknowledge that. Perhaps customer service isn't in their job description, but that still doesn't give ANYONE the right to treat people as if they're a nuisance, and to talk to them in such a condescending manner. Every single person I have interacted with (except for Jelena), whether it be on the phone or in person, speak to you in such a rude manner, like you're a burden to them or something, and treat you with absolutely no respect. If I have a question, because I'm genuinely confused, why make me feel stupid? It's like I'm in school or something. Nah, I'm trying to just pick up my prescription. If I call because I have a question, don't treat me like a fly that's bothering you while you're trying to study. I try to be forgiving and patient, like perhaps they were having a bad day, or it's particularly busy at the moment I call. But for me to experience this type of hostility every.single.time. is absolutely embarrassing on their end. I deal with talking to all types of people at work, and no matter what's going on in my personal life or how busy we are, I ALWAYS talk to them with respect and try to speak to them in a professional manner, because I am working. What are y'all doing? I usually get my medication delivered so that I can avoid having to go in person, because it's more convenient. But I needed to call in because I had a question on how to go about refilling a prescription from a physical doctor's note, and the girl on the phone talked to me as if I was interrupting her from her work. Miss girl, answering the legitimate questions of people who call is also a part of your work. I don't mean to be rude, but it's like she had the people skills of a robot, but even then I feel that that's rude towards robots. Again, I have respect for them doing their job, because I need my medicine and they're the ones filling it. Nevertheless, please please please, just treat people with respect. If you're able to go through the strenuous education that comes with becoming a pharmacist, it shouldn't be hard to be talk to people with proper decency.

The pharmacists at CVS on Trabuco and Lake Forest go out of their way to help their patients get their medications on time. When the medication ran out sooner than expected because the doctor miscalculated the amount of drops for the eyes (she only gave enough for one eye.) Manar the pharmacist, was able to override the amount and provide the medication the same day. All the pharmacists at this and nearby CVS locations are very hard working and competent.

Nelda needs to learn that part of her job is customer service - not just putting pills in bottles. She totally screwed up a prescription for my dog - entered it under the wrong name - and then sent me to another location to pick it up because she didn't put in the order for it. Now when I tried to refill it, she tried to send me elsewhere again instead of offering to reorder. When I asked her to reorder, she acted like it was a huge inconvenience. I also need a vacation override and she was completely unhelpful. She also told my prescription insurer that she was too busy to talk with them about it. Really CVS? Is there such a shortage of pharmacists that you make your customers deal with someone like this? I'll be using a different prescription insurance company and will make sure it's one that allows me to go to a pharmacy other than CVS to fill my prescriptions. The rest of the staff - and the other pharmacist - a woman whose name I have never gotten but it so helpful and ended up fixing Nelda's mistakes- are great. But Nelda? I'd rather have a root canal than deal with her again.

They're listed as a Moneygram agent. I don't know why, they won't do it. You can call them, they say sure, then you walk 2 miles to get there and they won't do it. If you're trying to do Moneygram, don't go here. I have no idea why they have a contract.

The store had a wide selection of medications and health products. The prescription process was efficient, and I didn't have to wait long. But the staff seemed disinterested and unfriendly, providing little assistance or guidance.

They are listed as a MoneyGram site. They don't do MoneyGram. At least not for me. Called on the phone beforeheand, sure said no problem. Went there, they would not provide the money. They said they "didn't have enough cash." For a $200 transfer? Absurd. A big waste of my time. I don't know how they can have a Moneyram contract when you can't pick up money here.

Pharmacy is absolutely the worst. I've been coming here for years and service and staff has gone downhill. I would even go as far as to say the staff here is incompetent. They've kept me waiting almost an hour, two days in a row. Telling me medication is available at other CVS stores, only to find out that they were wrong. Bye bye CVS!

Probably the worst pharmacy I've ever had to deal with. I need to come here monthly, and in most cases, they give me some sorry excuse as to why my medication is not fulfilled. This happens even when they call to tell me my medication is ready for pickup. Avoid this location at all costs.
