This pharmacy is a joke, I have never had a good experience here and all of the staff needs a reality check. Tammy the pharmacist was incredibly condescending and had a horrible attitude. She was no help in terms of looking for a prescription they didn't have, she said to ordered to another pharmacy and I called later and said they had nothing. Cvs truly needs to do better with picking their staff, go anywhere else but here.

Hours need to be updated they say it closes at 11 pm online. We had 4 people standing outside waiting. Update the hours for this store.

Worst CVS ever. Very rude customer service.Terrible staffs. It seems they have been hired not because of their qualifications but because of Diversity!Unable to rate lower than 1 star which would have been my choice!

Availability of some items is spotty. Check their app before you go, or else check the store across town.

I like CVS overall, but THIS particular CVS is just the worst. They always seem to be out of stock on just about everything I need. I have to keep coming here because it's near my house, but I usually walk away empty handed, or get something kind of similar to what I was looking for. I can't believe I have to go out of my way to other CVS locations time and time again, just because management here can't do their job. As you can see from the other low reviews, I'm not the only one who feels this way. It's long past the time for these guys to get their act together.

Tonight I was looking for eye drops for a stye and the store was out of it so I went to the front of the store to ask. The first cashier didn't seem to understand what I needed nor did she ask if she could help and the other cashier, an older woman, says 'we don't get shipments until Wednesday' (which doesn't do any good). Your customer service is terrible and the store is run down and no surprise it gets an average two star review, especially when staff are completely unwilling to help which makes for a truly awful customer experience.

Very horrible experience tried to get some pictures printed they would not help whatever they said it was a self serve and they didn’t help as she was sitting on her butt doing absolutely nothing. Horrible experience manager should be fired for hiring someone like that.

- rude staff, demeaning, insulting, asking me weird questions like, “Are you taking more than what’s prescribed to you?” and threatening to call my doctor.- long wait times to answer the pharmacy phone.- will make you wait until the 29th day to pick up your controlled medication rather than the 28th day like every other CVS I’ve been to, I guess the pharmacist doesn’t count the first day you get your prescription as 1 day, like every other CVS I’ve been to… so even if your app says that a controlled prescription is available for refill, you have to call them and argue about the date.- long lines full of slow, talkative old people.- low stock of controlled medications (especially stimulants and painkillers). They were unable to provide me with my controlled stimulant refill so I had to get it from Costco this month because I was five days late waiting on this CVS.All in all I’ve never had such a terrible experience with a CVS pharmacy and I will be switching all of my prescriptions to Costco ASAP. Some CVS stores can be a nightmare, but this one is better than most. Large open isles and pharmacy usually does a reasonably quick job.

Go anywhere else. I have been coming here for 12 years. You will always wait in a long line. Even if you prepay for "rapid pickup"- same long line and then they can't scan the barcode anyway so you have to go through the same normal checkout. Literally have 1 checkout open all the time even though they have 3 windows. And the employees are very rude.
