I love how this store is on top of things . However the the gentleman greeting me needs some customer service training I tried several times to communicate with him. He had Zero response and zero personality interaction I feed bad givinga low score.( maybehe had a bad day ) but this is a lovely pharmacy ?. I had been going to the CVS on Portola on foothill Ranch however it would take me forever to get my medication or they would say the message was wrong, etc. etc.. Service was terrible, but I’m thankful that I have not found this with this location. I am so grateful thank you thank you thank you thank you much appreciation

The pharmacist and their WHOLE team is always so nice and helpful. I've asked Dr. Nguyen questions about medication I was nervous about taking. He was so helpful, knowledgeable, and patient with me. He definitely put my mind at ease! Thank you Dr. NGUYEN!

(CVS inside Target) The pharmacist and technicians are consistent and professional. The pharmacist I encountered earlier this afternoon was patient with my questions and provided helpful alternatives.

Pharmacist is so rude. I came in to get my prescription and my doc happened to send it to the wrong location. My doctor said it was a simple medication and could be transferred here but the pharmacist insisted no and says 'I already told you' while he shakes his head at me. Just rude. You're here to help people, do better at your job and also try smiling more.

Technicians and pharmacists very helpful. The waiting time is always reasonable short and it's locate inside Target store so you can always combine the trip with the shopping.

This particular CVS needs a MANAGER with customer service skills! ALL the female employees are awesome, but that manager? I went into this CVS to look for razors and after seeing what was displayed, I simply asked the MANAGER if they carried any metal razors. He GRUFFLY said "If it's not there, we don't!" And then I asked him a few minutes later, "Where do you keep your occasional cards?" Without even looking up or at me, he pointed towards the back of the store and shouted "Aisle 17!" When I went to pay for the razors, I simply asked about our 40% off rewards. Holy ****! He just shouted out, "If it's on sale, you don't get it!" My wife comes here all the time and loves the female staff....but she doesn't deal with this big guy. I rarely go to CVS. And now, I won't go. Recommendation: Take some Customer Skills courses OR work in the stock room. You ain't getting it.

Yelp doesn't offer No Stars so I am forced to give 1 star. I requested a vaccine shot and was told to sit in the Medical Room for the shot. At first I wasn't sure I was in the correct room because it resembled a storage junk room with broken computer & printer pieces everywhere, Christmas decorations & a tree in various places, a bucket of paint, deflated birthday balloons, a Halloween bucket and various bottles of cleaners on the counter. It was a mess and did not seem clean to administer shots or any other medical needs. Totally UN-Professional!! CVS Management...clean the medical room up and get it together! Very poor representation of your brand!

Absolutely the worst. The staff is really unhelpful here and racist. The cashier was rude, did not wait until the receipt came out of the machine and give it to me and she just walked away. Her demeanor was very unfriendly. What she walked away to do was harass a poor African American boy who was waiting outside. While I was leaving the store she tells me "be careful with him". The boy wasn't doing anything, he wasn't harmful at all as he stayed away pretty far and minding his business and not try to hurt me in anyway at all. Instead of doing her job of tending to customer(who was brown btw) she proceeds to do this. Absolutely horrendous in this day and age after the Starbucks fiasco and the pandemic we are in, people like her still have no empathy for a child. He was just a child not more than 15-16 years or so. Shame on CVS for hiring staff like this!

Do not use their drive through. Incredibly slow service. Will make you wait in line for over an hour only to tell you the medicine you came there for is out of stock. Then will take another 30 minutes just to call another store to reserve the same meds.

Every time I refill my prescription here I get the wrong brand that gives me horrible side-effects and I have to have them change it even though my doctor has instructed them to only give me a certain brand.

Pull your meds and go across the street to Ralphs or Walmart. Total rip off and overpriced. Try to refill your meds without your permission and make money from Insurance Companies.
