Love this place ... I especially like the Japanese paper products and kitchen and storage items. Lots of things made in China ... don't buy any of those. Personal decision.

No returns are allowed, and exchanges are strictly prohibited, even if you attempt to make a change while the receipt is still printing.
Year after year, the store remains consistently low on inventory every time I visit. Cashier is as robotic as a malfunctioning machine, lacking interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence. Meanwhile, prices continue to rise, even as online prices decline.
Unless you need something right away, why bother when the best competition is online?

Japanese discount store located in a busy plaza on El Toro Rd, next to T.J. Maxx. They offer plenty of parking via the shared plaza parking lot.
Daiso is a Japanese company but keep in mind that many of their products are not made in Japan. Prices are generally $1.75 and up, and all sales are final/no returns.
They carry a little bit of everything from household goods, pet supplies, stationery, beauty, snacks, holiday items, and more. Their inventory does not change much, but they are usually well-stocked and a fun place to shop, especially if you're looking for budget-friendly stuff!
