This management is horrible. I came monthly to check on my camper. I came to pick it up and it had been hit with windows blown out and glass on the ground. I asked for security footage because it seemed obvious it was from the person next to me. They gave me the run around. Told me it would be too hard to figure out. I explained they can look up the person next to me and see when they were there to narrow it down. They then admitted the cameras don’t actually work. Then they said the internet provider was at fault. Bottom line $12,000 in damage. On me and my insurance.

Justin should be promoted for his outstanding service. I lost my cellphone and Justin without hesitation asked for my phone number, so he could call it. And hopefully we would hear my phone ring, somewhere. He drove his cart down to my space and tried again and again, finally hearing a faint ring. He heard it not me. Anyway, found the phone.
All because of his efforts. Just a phone, but he saved the day. Appreciate Justin very much. Thanks !

It was incredibly easy to get a storage unit online. I did everything online and only needed to go to the office to get my gate code. The only problem I have is the office hours are different than they show on the website. I went there at 6 because Google said they were open until 10. The gate is accessible at 6, no one is in the office until 9:30. This would be 5 stars if not for that.

Brad was very thorough and kind. He helped me compare with another company, and was honest and forthcoming. I felt like I was in good hands. He also showed me other options, so I could get a good idea of the sizing they offered. I would recommend extra space storage to my friends and family.
