Visited on a Saturday AM, 5 star experience. There was a constant flow of customers but not super busy. Garrett offered to help us find items. He asked a couple questions and immediately found the shower head bundles we needed. There are a lot of specialty items you can’t find in Home Depot or Lowe’s as well as basics. We looked at and price shopped sink and kitchen fixtures as well. What wasn’t in stock was shipped to my home within a couple of days. He emailed and printed receipts and provided contact info for follow up questions. Thanks for the great service!

I had two friendly staff members help me at Ferguson Plumbing Supply today, that went way above outstanding customer service. First the store manager, who was assisting me, was supportive in thinking outside the box to solve a broken one of a kind shower holder. The first half of the problem was solved by improvising. When I went to pay I asked Jesse for his recommendation on the second half that was required. I needed to make three adjustments to the part I purchased in order for it to work. Jesse instantly, without hesitation said he was on it. If you want exceptional customer service I highly recommend Ferguson Plumbing in Lake Forest, efficient and effective. Well first of all, I have to give a big shout out to Javier for fully keeping this location stocked with tankless waters and the rest of the parts that is needed for my jobs.
I’m able to provide service to our customers as a plumber knowing confidently that I’m going to pick up a tankless water heater for the job of the day and install without a hassle. And for the extra hard work Javier and primo do. Especially when ordering special parts. Hands down one of the best locations out here, thanks guys appreciate it very much! Service Rep. Cole is awesome…every time I go to this Ferguson(s) in Lake Forrest…Cole always helps me out and will go the extra mile…What I like about Cole is he doesn’t ignore your questions and if he doesn’t know he will refer back with his manager to make sure it’s correct…excellent feeling when leaving this location.. once again thanks Cole for your hard work and dedication and thanks Ferguson’s for always having all my plumbing parts…???

Do not trust the inventory. I was told from the store in San Juan Capistrano that they had a part in stock. This location does not answer the phone, we had tried to call ahead to verify but no answer.I made the drive and when I arrived I had unfriendly service and was told by the employee not to trust what I'm told about what is in stock. Not impressed by the service.I have had better experiences in the store in Santa Ana and San Juan Capistrano. Lake forest needs some intervention.
