I generally have had great experiences with Firestone, so when I moved to Lake Forest I decided to try the location nearby when I needed some things done with my car. I experienced a plethora of issues while I was there. First, in my appointment request I asked to have my tires rotated, this did not happen. Second, I paid for a full car inspection, and whether many of the things listed in what's checked were actually checked I couldn't tell you. I received little to no information after the check on anything done other than battery status and tire pressure, and I paid $21.99 for the check. The invoice I received did recommend that I get two filters replaced, but I never received communication asking if I would like to get them replaced while they were looking at my car meaning I would need to come back in to have it done. Finally, I was charged for an alignment when I have a lifetime alignment warranty on the car and when I did bring up the fact that I remembered purchasing it before paying. I was told it wasn't on my record and paid again believing I was mistaken. I needed to drive back to get a refund when I found the invoice for the lifetime warranty I had already paid for. A few weeks later I made an appointment at a different location to have my tires rotated, get the recommended filters replaced, and get my brakes checked as I commute for work and had no idea if they had been checked last time. Only a few weeks later, I have been informed my back tires are at a point that they need to be replaced. It shouldn't have taken a second appointment to get the things recommended replaced, to have the things requested done, to not be charged for something I've already paid for, and if the tires are at this point now then a few weeks ago it presumably could have been pointed out to me that they needed to be replaced soon if not then. Only going to my previous firestone location of choice in Santa Ana on Tustin Ave, and having the best service did I realize just how abysmal the El Toro Road location was.

I’ve had 2 lyft inspections done at this location. They were quick and thorough but did not try to upsell me. I would recommend this Firestone to any lyft or uber driver for their vehicle inspections.

Made appointment, waited hours till closing with nothing being done. Had other cars put in que before me all day long. Place was filthy, Mexicans working there on travel visas acted very prejudice and rude toward me- a 72 year old Caucasian. The entire experience was very bad, totally dis-satisfied-disappointed.

I've had multiple lyft vehicle inspections here and they are always quick and do not try to upsell me. Would definitely recommend this location to any uber or lyft drivers.

I have brought my cars here for about 20 years. The staff are friendly, courteous and always explain what they are doing or recommending. I always feel I get a fair deal at Firestone without all the pressure of up selling. They want my business (at times 4 cars) and always treat you fairly. Thank you.

Guaranty to do right first time is a farce. First, I was told 90 - 120 mins but 120 to be certain to get work done took 3 hours and 30 mins.New tires and technician forgot to put valve covers back on. Didn't realize until in UT 2 3 days later. Manager, Michael, was unable to provide a solution and sais they really weren't needed. Also, as a customer not sure oil was done because replacement sticker not put on. I doubt I would ever visit this location again because service and response to complaint was far below acceptable levels.BTW, how to resolve issue is simple: Mail to me or credit $5 or whatever and apologize.Also, still not sure oil was changed.Also, it would be far better to remove sign on guaranty to do right the first time.
