I had an issue with the speaker port on my desktop PC that I tried everything to fix myself but finally broke down and called a few computer repair places near me. Tony was able to help me out the same day AND for a better price than every other store I called. He figured out the problem as soon as I brought it by and kept me updated on the process throughout the day. It was a great experience!

I have a secondhand PC I got from an electronics recycling center that was having issues getting graphics to work. Long before I decided to come to Focal, I had taken it to another repair shop, one that was offering free diagnostics, and that *other* repair shop had somehow caused the machine to be in a worse state than before (apparently not turning on!) and told me I needed to give them $120 for a "BIOS reflash." I suspected something was definitely up and opted to take my machine back from the other repair shop, and months later took it to Focal for the flat-rate $39 diagnostic. My email questions received very quick responses, and the same was true with the turnaround time; Mr. Tran had noticed that there was an electrical short, and had resolved it without having me pay anything more. When I came to the shop to pick up my PC, he explained the what the issue was and showed me that the machine was working properly. Thank you very much, Mr. Tran!

Had an issue with my gaming computer's power switch and CPU fan. The repair was done quickly and my PC has been running smoothly ever since. Would definitely recommend.

I called during the weekend and they called me right back on Monday. They charge less than $50 to take a look at your computer. I decided not to spend the money as my old computer cost just $600 when I bought it. But they were professional and got right back to me.

If you have a computer that has issues, call on this place. I have a better-than-average (actually pretty un-braggable) knowledge of computers and can say without reservation that Tony is honorable. He does not cut corners and acts with integrity.If you want to change your computer in any way, he will methodically tell you what you gave him and he gave you, part-by-part. He will do everything he can in a way that is completely trustworthy. GO OUT OF YOUR WAY TO USE THIS SERVICE

Tony is wonderful! He wiped my burnt out laptop and replaced everything in 24 hours for me and charged me MORE THAN FAIRLY. He kept in contact with me to let me know how everything was going too. I was planning my Grandfathers memorial and desperately needed the laptop. Everything worked out completely! Thank you so much!
