Husband took in his Epiphone 335 for a tune up and luckily he got to meet a service tech named Ralph. He did an amazing job with the guitar and to be honest it is better than when he purchased it! we couldn't more satisfied. He really went above and beyond. This sort of service is so hard to find these days. Thanks Ralph!
